PDCA在ARP3.0系统试点项目质量改进中的应用

【摘要】:中国科学院科研管理平台经过十年的建设和发展,越来越受到体制机制、技术瓶颈、需求匹配和团队能力等多方面困扰。而随着互联网、云计算、大数据、移动互联等新一代信息技术的融合应用,开发新一代中科院科研管理平台迫在眉睫。ARP3.0试点项目作为一个软件平台开发项目,改进和控制等质量管理问题在实施过程中逐渐暴露出来,继续改进和优化,以便更好的完成项目。本论文以ARP3.0系统试点项目为案例,通过全面介绍PDCA循环,软件质量管理和全面质量管理的理论,得出PDCA循环在ARP3.0系统试点项目实际应用中的效果,并且以PDCA循环为基础,与其充分结合后,在质量过程管理及质量管理中予以改进及运作。其具体改进项目包括质量改进、质量控制及质量计划等。在整个改进及运作中,本人通过实际参与,对ARP3.0系统试点项目开发、运作及管理情况有了很深了解。对于关键问题的判断,采用了帕累托图予以识别,在对现存问题的剖析上,鱼刺图得到了切实应用,对其深层次原因进行了挖掘,并通过PDCA循环与质量改进结合,最终找到解决问题的思路。对于研究方法的使用,选择了理论与实践相结合的方法。并结合本项目建设特点及质量、进度,运用了质量改进法,所得结果及研究效果对以后开展IT项目质量研究极具现实意义。
[Abstract]:After ten years' construction and development, the scientific research management platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is increasingly plagued by institutional mechanisms, technical bottlenecks, needs matching and team capabilities.With the convergence and application of the Internet, cloud computing, big data, mobile interconnection and other new generation information technology, it is urgent to develop a new generation of scientific research management platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a software platform development project.Quality management problems, such as improvement and control, are gradually exposed in the implementation process, continue to improve and optimize, in order to better complete the project.This paper takes the ARP3.0 system pilot project as a case, through introducing the theory of PDCA cycle, software quality management and total quality management, obtains the effect of PDCA cycle in the ARP3.0 system pilot project, and based on PDCA cycle.With its full integration, quality process management and quality management to be improved and operated.Its specific improvement projects include quality improvement, quality control and quality planning.In the whole improvement and operation, through the actual participation, I have a deep understanding of the development, operation and management of the ARP3.0 system pilot project.The Pareto diagram is used to identify the key problems. In the analysis of the existing problems, the fish-burr map is applied to excavate the deep-seated causes, and the PDCA cycle is combined with the quality improvement.Finally find a solution to the problem.For the use of research methods, the combination of theory and practice is chosen.Combined with the characteristics and quality and progress of the project, the quality improvement method is used. The results and the research results are of great practical significance to the future development of IT project quality research.
