金川科技园员工培训的项目化管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国有色金属企业产能过剩问题突出,高端产品开发能力薄弱,企业自身发展面临瓶颈。国际市场美欧倡导实业回归后,产品出口难度增大,国内外有色金属企业之间的竞争也越发激烈。在有色金属企业新一轮转型升级的过程中,员工培训在企业中的作用凸显,但目前我国企业员工培训体系还不完善,培训效果差强人意,急需引进先进的管理理念以优化培训管理。而项目管理有相对完善的知识理论体系和相关工具、技术手段,在与其它应用领域相结合的过程中取得了显著的成效。将项目管理思想运用到企业的员工培训管理当中,是因为培训具有明显的项目特征,其管理过程也同项目管理的实际过程有极高的契合度。金川科技园是国内有色金属企业的典型代表,本文以金川科技园员工培训实际状况为分析基础,详细阐述了项目管理理论和员工培训理论。应用SWOT分析法对金川科技园员工培训的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会和外部威胁进行分析,发现金川科技园员工培训现阶段存在管理体系不健全,培训形式单一,奖惩机制不规范等问题。针对这些问题,本文从项目管理应用于企业员工培训的角度设计金川科技园员工培训管理,按照培训项目的启动、培训项目的计划、培训项目的实施、培训项目的控制以及培训项目的收尾等五大环节构建金川科技园员工培训管理的过程模型,并有针对性的提供一系列实用的项目管理以及培训管理工具。以项目管理促进员工培训管理,可以帮助金川科技园有效配置培训资源,提高员工培训管理水平,增强培训针对性、实效性,同时也为有色金属企业今后的长期发展提供有力的人力资源保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of overcapacity in China's non-ferrous metal enterprises is prominent, the development ability of high-end products is weak, and the enterprises themselves are facing the bottleneck. After the return of American and European industries to the international market, the difficulty of product export becomes more and more difficult. The competition between non-ferrous metal enterprises at home and abroad is becoming more and more intense. In the process of transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metal enterprises, the role of staff training in enterprises is prominent, but at present, the training system of employees in Chinese enterprises is not perfect. The training effect is not satisfactory, it is urgent to introduce advanced management idea to optimize the training management, and the project management has relatively perfect knowledge theory system, related tools, technical means, Significant results have been achieved in the process of combining with other application fields. The application of project management to employee training management in enterprises is due to the obvious project characteristics of training. Jinchuan Science and Technology Park is a typical representative of non-ferrous metal enterprises in China. This paper analyzes the actual situation of staff training in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park. The project management theory and employee training theory are expounded in detail. The internal advantages, internal disadvantages, external opportunities and external threats of staff training in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park are analyzed by using SWOT method. It is found that there are some problems in staff training in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park at the present stage, such as imperfect management system, single training form, non-standard reward and punishment mechanism, etc. In view of these problems, This paper designs the staff training management of Jinchuan Science and Technology Park from the point of view of the application of project management in the training of enterprise staff, according to the start-up of the training project, the plan of the training project, the implementation of the training project. The process model of staff training management in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park is constructed by the control of the training project and the end of the training project. And provide a series of practical project management and training management tools. Project management to promote staff training management, can help Jinchuan Science and Technology Park to effectively allocate training resources, improve the level of staff training management, Enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training, but also for the future long-term development of non-ferrous metal enterprises to provide strong human resources protection.
