项目管理思维在教学案例采编中的应用——《管理案例采编》书评

【摘要】：正1980年,案例教学法被引入到我国的管理培训和教学实践中。经过多年的推行和普及,国内教育领域对案例教学的功能和价值逐渐认可,案例教学在人才培养中的重要性日益凸显。目前,越来越多的教育工作者开始尝试从传统教学模式向案例教学模式转变,在课堂教学中大量地开展围绕案例的分析、讨论和学习,致使对教学案例的需求空前高涨。因此,开发贴近中国学生实际需求、紧跟当前企业经营现状、符合时代管理特色的教学案例显得尤为重要而迫切。正如国务院副总理马凯同志在谈及"中国企业案例建设"时
[Abstract]:In 1980, case teaching method was introduced into management training and teaching practice in China.After years of promotion and popularization, the function and value of case teaching in domestic education field has been gradually recognized, and the importance of case teaching in talent training has become increasingly prominent.At present, more and more educators begin to try to change from the traditional teaching mode to the case teaching mode. In the classroom teaching, a large number of cases around the case analysis, discussion and learning, resulting in an unprecedented demand for teaching cases.Therefore, it is particularly important and urgent to develop teaching cases which are close to the actual needs of Chinese students, keep up with the current enterprise management situation and conform to the characteristics of times management.Just as Comrade Ma Kai, Vice Premier of the State Council, talked about "the construction of Chinese enterprises"
