【摘要】：项目评估是项目管理中一个非常重要的环节,它的根本作用是为项目的决策和实施提供支持的依据。项目决策中运用项目评估的方法对项目各个备选方案和各种情况下可能出现的结果进行必要的分析与评估,这对于加强项目决策的科学性和优化项目决策结果以及提高项目绩效等都有着重要作用。本论文首先对项目评估的相关理论进行综述,基于在石化行业多年的工作实践经验,从项目评估的角度结合化工行业自身的特点,本着理论联系实际的原则,对ABS装置中丙烯腈和苯乙烯等废气的治理项目的生产规模、投资估算、经济效益以及风险等方面进行了研究。通过一系列静态和动态指标：投资利润率、投资利税率、投资回收期、财务内部收益率等的计算对项目进行了盈利能力分析,对原料供应风险、技术风险、市场风险、管理风险和经营风险进行了系统和详细的论证,并通过盈亏平衡分析、敏感性分析对项目的风险作了适当评估,提出了具体的风险应对措施。论文的总结和研究可为国内化工项目的评估提供有益的参考信息,互相借鉴,学习经验,吸取教训,以提高我国在该领域投资决策的合理性和科学性。
[Abstract]:Project evaluation is a very important link in project management, and its fundamental function is to provide the basis for project decision making and implementation.The use of the project assessment method in project decision-making to analyse and evaluate the various options and results that may arise in the various circumstances of the project as necessary,This plays an important role in enhancing the scientific nature of project decision making, optimizing project decision results and improving project performance.This paper first summarizes the relevant theories of project evaluation, based on many years of working experience in petrochemical industry, combining the characteristics of chemical industry from the point of view of project evaluation, based on the principle of integrating theory with practice.The production scale, investment estimation, economic benefit and risk of waste gas treatment of acrylonitrile and styrene in ABS plant were studied.Through a series of static and dynamic indexes, such as investment profit rate, investment profit tax rate, investment payback period, financial internal rate of return and so on, this paper analyzes the profitability of the project, and analyzes the raw material supply risk, technical risk, market risk, etc.The management risk and management risk are systematically and detailedly demonstrated, and through break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, the risk of the project is properly evaluated, and concrete risk countermeasures are put forward.The summary and research of this paper can provide useful reference information for the evaluation of domestic chemical projects, learn from each other, learn from experience and draw lessons, so as to improve the rationality and scientific nature of investment decisions in this field in China.
