临海市教师培训系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：中小学教师是义务教育活动的重要角色,同时教学活动也是非常具有创造性的活动,中小学教师如何提高和应用专业技能和现代教育技术已经成为重要的课题。临海市教育局如何优化教育资源,如何展开现在教育技术的培训工作是当前教师培训急需解决的问题。本文在此背景下设计临海市中小学教师培训管理系统。论文以临海市中小学教师为培训对象进行研究,首先对中小学教师培训系统背景和研究现状进行了综合阐述,提出了论文的主要研究范围。其次将系统划分为培训计划管理、培训项目管理、流程管理、结果管理和基本信息管理五大业务模块,根据业务模块进行了业务流程设计,并再造了业务流程。同时论文按老师、学校、培训机构、教育局、系统管理员五种角色出发,对系统的功能和包图结果进行了设计。最后论文从数据角度对系统的数据结构进行了设计,包括了系统的功能数据分析和数据库表结构的设计。中小学教师培训管理系统分担了临海市教育局的教师培训管理工作,节约了管理成本,同时强化了规范管理、任务标准化的管理理念,在实际应用中能够起到非常中重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Teachers in primary and secondary schools play an important role in compulsory education and teaching activities are also very creative activities. How to improve and apply professional skills and modern educational technology has become an important topic for primary and secondary school teachers.How to optimize the educational resources and how to carry out the training of educational technology is an urgent problem to be solved by Linhai Education Bureau.Under this background, this paper designs the Linhai primary and middle school teacher training management system.This paper takes the primary and middle school teachers in Linhai as the training object. Firstly, the background and research status of the primary and secondary school teacher training system are comprehensively expounded, and the main research scope of the paper is put forward.Secondly, the system is divided into five business modules: training plan management, training project management, process management, result management and basic information management.At the same time, according to the five roles of teacher, school, training institution, education bureau and system administrator, the paper designs the function of the system and the result of the package diagram.Finally, the data structure of the system is designed from the point of view of data, including the functional data analysis of the system and the design of the database table structure.The primary and secondary school teacher training management system shares the management work of the Linhai Education Bureau, saves the management cost, and strengthens the management concept of standardized management and task standardization.In practical applications can play a very important role.
