全球油气地质综合研究项目管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：全球油气地质综合研究与区域优选是国土资源部油气中心的一项基础性、公益性研究工作。项目形成的资料种类和数量很多,海量地质资料数据的综合管理和开发利用急需信息化支持。同时,项目中大量的项目文档管理、进度管理、工作量管理、质量管理等信息也需要建立一套完整的管理信息系统。为此,单位在全球油气地质综合研究与区域优选项目中设立了课题,实现对项目地质资料和项目管理信息的综合管理。本文主要是运用B/S结构框架,使用SQL Server软件,以单位实际情况为基础,研究和设计了管理信息系统。该管理信息系统从业务特点来看系统主要分为公共信息管理及项目管理两大部分。公共信息主要是发布一些公开基础性的信息或者资料,对信息浏览者没有特殊限制；项目管理部分主要实现对项目基本信息、绩效考评、原始数据的添加、控制、修改、删除,及综合数据统计、分析等功能,为保证数据安全对使用者有严格的身份审核和权限控制功能。本文建立的“全球油气地质综合研究项目管理信息系统”,集动态信息、公共信息、全球油气项目管理、经费工作量统计、原始数据管理于一体,解决当前各种资料种类复杂、格式繁杂的局面,将现有油气地质项目资料进行分类管理,实现信息的快速查询和检索功能；解决当前经费和工作量设计不规范的问题,提出经费和工作量的设计规范,为领导和管理人员及时高效的管理和查看提供方便；实现全球油气地质综合研究项目的信息化管理,提高项目管理的工作效率和管理决策水平。
[Abstract]:This paper studies and designs the management information system , which is based on the actual situation of the unit in the comprehensive research and regional optimization project of oil and gas geology in the world . The management information system is mainly divided into public information management and project management .
The project management part mainly realizes the functions of adding , controlling , modifying , deleting and integrating data statistics and analysis on the basic information of the project , the performance evaluation , the original data , the comprehensive data statistics , the analysis and the like , so as to ensure the data security to have strict identity auditing and authority control functions for the user .
To solve the problems of the current financial and workload design specifications , propose the design criteria of funds and workload , and provide the leadership and management personnel with timely and efficient management and review ;
Realize the information management of the global oil and gas geological comprehensive research project , improve the work efficiency and management decision - making level of project management .
