【摘要】：安全监理工作是公司领导及各位总监关心的大事,在项目运行中也是时时关注的重点,关系到公司的生存和总监的执业风险,从提高专业技能、加强项目管理、监理作业指导书等方面阐述做好项目监理部安全监理工作,降低安全责任风险的意义。指出必须加强风险意识,提高对风险的警觉和防范,才能减少和控制责任风险。
[Abstract]:Safety supervision is a major concern of the company's leaders and directors. It is also the focus of attention in the project operation. It is related to the survival of the company and the professional risk of the director, from improving professional skills, strengthening project management,This paper expounds the significance of safety supervision in project supervision department and reducing the risk of safety responsibility.It is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the risk consciousness and raise the vigilance and prevention of the risk in order to reduce and control the risk of responsibility.
