面向公共基础设施的LED照明产品的开发及效果分析

【摘要】:通常,公共基础设施投入巨大,尤其是随着道路交通的建设力度加强,公共基础设施的照明需求旺盛。为实现节能减排和绿色交通的发展目标,除了能源结构的优化,此外节能灯具的推广和应用也是关键。目前,LED照明市场的兴起,使全球传统照明产生了极大的变化,各大跨国企业纷纷投入LED产品应用领域的开发。但是,因为我国目前涉及LED照明产品、尤其是针对面向公共基础设施的LED灯具的法律规范缺乏,导致市场呈现混沌不明的状态。LED照明产品的开发和设计脚步随着国家白炽灯淘汰政策而加速上市已是不争的事实,伴随着产业市场的逐步成熟发展及先进管理方式如项目管理方式的积极带动下,面向公共基础设施的LED照明的产品开发已慢慢形成一种新型的行业。在该类产品的开发过程中,普遍存在着缺乏科学的开发设计流程与方法,导致了较多此类项目的失败,有的即使开发成功,但因缺乏对之前相关技术的预先对比,造成缺乏创新等问题,因此,在产品开发及设计策略的形成过程中如何响应公司整体战略,以及公司在不同的营运模式环境下,负责产品开发的项目经理如何发挥作用,在不同环节的应用都值得加以探讨。本研究的重点在于,以交通等基础设施的照明需求为目标,以整合系统性的设计方法,以项目质量管理中常用的QFD与TRIZ方法作为产品创新设计的基本工具,结合QDF、专利分析与TRIZ发明原理的系统性的创新设计管理方法,以LED灯泡替代传统钨丝灯的创新开发为重点,通过开发管理流程,进行市场分析、质量机能展开(QFD)专利检索、TRIZ创意激发设计,最终产出实用的白光LED照明产品,以取代原先传统耗能源的钨丝灯产品,运用于公共基础设施的LED照明,以开创产业新契机。本文运用项目管理和生产管理理论与方法,除了在产出方面能设计出实用产品外,并可产生了巨大的经济效果,这一整套流程与方法可供相关行业及企业借鉴。
[Abstract]:Usually, the public infrastructure investment is huge, especially with the strengthening of road traffic, the lighting demand of public infrastructure is exuberant.In order to realize the development goal of energy saving and emission reduction and green transportation, besides the optimization of energy structure, the promotion and application of energy saving lamps is also the key.At present, with the rise of LED lighting market, the global traditional lighting has changed greatly, and many multinational enterprises have invested in the development of LED product application field.However, due to the lack of legal regulations concerning LED lighting products, especially for LED lamps and lanterns for public infrastructure in China,It is an indisputable fact that the development and design of LED lighting products have been accelerated with the national incandescent lamp elimination policy.With the development of industrial market and advanced management methods such as project management, the product development of LED lighting for public infrastructure has gradually formed a new type of industry.In the development process of this kind of products, there is a general lack of scientific development and design process and methods, which leads to the failure of more such projects, some even if the development is successful, but because of the lack of prior related technology in advance.Therefore, how to respond to the overall strategy of the company in the process of forming product development and design strategy, and how the project manager responsible for product development can play a role in different operating mode environment.The application in different links is worth discussing.Combined with QDF, patent analysis and systematic innovative design management method of TRIZ invention principle, the emphasis is on the innovative development of LED light bulb instead of traditional tungsten filament lamp, and the market analysis is carried out through the development and management process.The patent search of quality function development (QFDD) stimulates the creative design of Triz, and finally produces a practical white LED lighting product to replace the traditional tungsten filament lamp, which is used in public infrastructure LED lighting, in order to open up a new industrial opportunity.This paper applies the theory and method of project management and production management, besides designing practical products in the aspect of output, it can produce enormous economic effect. This whole set of processes and methods can be used for reference by related industries and enterprises.
