F公司交换机产品测试自动化项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：进度管理是项目管理体系的重要组成部分,通过采取科学手段明确项目目标,制定进度计划表,在项目开展过程中不断的掌握实际进度状况并与原计划进行比较,分析偏差原因,适当进行调整,确保项目按时达成目标。F公司是一家大型跨国的电子制造服务业企业,其在ZH工业园区生产交换机产品。为了降低成本,提高效率,增加效益,公司的管理层决定在交换机的测试生产线实行自动化的改造项目。项目完成后,可以缩短测试时间,减少员工数量,提高产品的测试精度,进而取得更好的效益,同时也为公司在自动化生产线领域的研究积累经验。本文以F公司交换机产品测试自动化项目为实际案例,主要研究项目进度管理领域相关的理论知识在该项目的实施过程中的具体实践。希望通过分析过往类似项目中存在的不足,将项目进度管理的相关知识结合实际项目,总结在实施过程中项目进度管理知识的成功应用,为今后公司大规模推行生产线自动化改造项目积累进度管理方面的经验。本文首先介绍了研究背景,研究的内容和论文的结构;阐述了相关的理论和工具;其次介绍项目的背景;之后结合项目的实际情况描述如何完成项目进度计划的制定(主要使用工作分解结构WBS和关键路径法CPM),再之后描述如何在项目的实施过程中进行进度控制,随后回顾本项目进度管理研究所取得的成果和仍存在的不足,并分析对后续项目的启示,最后对本项目的进度管理研究进行总结,并展望未来。
[Abstract]:Schedule management is an important part of the project management system. By adopting scientific means to define the project objectives, make the schedule, and constantly grasp the actual progress status in the process of project development and compare with the original plan, the progress management is an important part of the project management system.This paper analyzes the causes of deviation and makes appropriate adjustments to ensure that the project achieves its target on time. F Company is a large multinational electronic manufacturing service enterprise which produces switch products in ZH Industrial Park.In order to reduce costs, improve efficiency and increase efficiency, the company's management decided to implement an automated transformation project in the test line of the switch.After the completion of the project, it can shorten the test time, reduce the number of employees, improve the testing accuracy of the product, and then obtain better benefits. At the same time, it also accumulates experience for the research of the automatic production line.This paper takes the automation project of switch product test of company F as a practical case, mainly studies the practical practice of the relevant theoretical knowledge in the field of project schedule management in the implementation process of the project.It is hoped that by analyzing the shortcomings of similar projects in the past and combining the relevant knowledge of project schedule management with actual projects, the successful application of project schedule management knowledge in the implementation process can be summarized.For the company in the future large-scale implementation of production line automation project to accumulate progress management experience.This paper first introduces the research background, research content and the structure of the paper; describes the relevant theories and tools; secondly, introduces the background of the project.Then it describes how to make the project schedule according to the actual situation of the project (mainly using the work breakdown structure (WBS) and the critical path method (CPM), and then describes how to carry out the progress control during the implementation of the project.Then it reviews the achievements and shortcomings of the project schedule management research, and analyzes the enlightenment to the follow-up projects. Finally, it summarizes the progress management research of the project and looks forward to the future.
