税务局党务管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着信息技术和国家政策的不断变化,国家对党务建设的任务和要求也越来越高,在加上互联网、信息技术等先进技术的不断提高,大量先进的计算机应用系统被应用到党建工作中,以便能够提高党建的信息化管理水平,加快党务工作的速度,方便党务管理人员进行管理。税务局党务建设需要处理的内容包括:基本的党务业务、党务工作、日常数据管理、数据查询统计分析等。主要的特点是项口涵盖的范围广泛、集中化的程度比较高、系统兼容性强、界面使用友好等。建设一套符合税务局的党务信息系统平台,是为了加强该局党务建设工作,是一种能加强新时期党的执政能力、建设先进服务标兵的高效手段。本课题主要是结合税务局党务建设的相关需求并实地进行调研,根据软件开发理论和项目管理理论进行了设计,本文基于.NET平台,结合了 SQLServer2008、ASP.NET等技术对党务管理系统进行设计与实现,在设计的过程中利用了 MVC设计模式。首先对相关技术进行了简要的概述,进而从可行性、非功能和功能等方面进行了分析,在此之上,从概要、详细和数据库等方面对系统进行了设计。在系统实现部分,依次从系统实现环境、数据库的实现和基于B/S的税务局党务建设党务管理系统的实现三方面进行展开,其中基于B/S的税务局党务建设党务管理系统的实现主要分为党员基础信息、入党申请人信息存档、流动党员组织关系转移、党费缴纳、新闻、日常其他的专项活动,为了提高程序维护的简便性,本文在对数据库进行访问时,设计了一个Data类,同时提高了重复利用的代码数量,提高了工作效率。本课题所设计并开发的税务局党务管理系统能够实现税务局对党务相关工作的信息化与流程化管理,对于党内相关信息的宣传、党员的信息管理等业务提供了很大方便,同时梳理了税务局党务业务流程,很大程度上能够提高党务管理的工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous changes in information technology and national policies, the tasks and requirements of the state for party affairs construction are becoming increasingly high. In addition to the continuous improvement of advanced technologies such as the Internet and information technology,A large number of advanced computer application systems have been applied to the Party building in order to improve the information management level of the party building, accelerate the speed of the party affairs work, and facilitate the management of the party affairs managers.The contents to be dealt with in the Party affairs construction of tax bureau include: basic party affairs business, party affairs work, daily data management, data query and statistical analysis, etc.The main features are wide coverage, high centralization, strong system compatibility, friendly interface and so on.The purpose of building a party affairs information system platform in line with the tax bureau is to strengthen the party affairs construction of the bureau and is an efficient means to strengthen the ruling ability of the party in the new period and to build an advanced service model.This subject is mainly combined with the related demand of the Party affairs construction of the tax bureau and the field investigation, according to the software development theory and the project management theory, this paper is based on the .NET platform.Combining with SQL Server 2008 ASP. Net and other technologies to design and implement the party affairs management system, the MVC design pattern is used in the process of the design.Firstly, this paper gives a brief overview of the related technologies, and then analyzes the feasibility, non-function and function of the system, and designs the system from the aspects of summary, detail and database.In the realization part of the system, the implementation environment of the system, the realization of the database and the realization of the party affairs management system of the tax bureau based on B / S are carried out in turn.Among them, the realization of the party affairs management system of the tax bureau based on B / S is mainly divided into basic information of party members, archiving of information of applicants for admission to the party, transfer of relations between mobile party members and organizations, payment of party fees, news, and other daily special activities.In order to improve the simplicity of program maintenance, this paper designs a Data class when accessing the database, at the same time, it increases the number of reuse code and improves the working efficiency.The party affairs management system designed and developed by this subject can realize the information and flow management of the party affairs related work of the tax bureau, which provides great convenience for the propaganda of the relevant information within the party, the information management of the party members, and so on.At the same time combing the tax office party business process, to a large extent can improve the efficiency of party management.
