国内旅行社旅游团队管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平质量得到了极大提升,这在很大程度上促进了旅游业的发展,国内旅游市场的规模迅速扩大。对于一个旅游团队而言,其团队成员往往来源于全国各地,如果采用手工处理和统计方式,很难保证各项数据采集的实时性和准确性,因此,传统的手工管理方式已经难以适应现代旅游业的快速发展需求。在此背景下,国内旅行社亟需一套高可靠性、高实用性的旅游团队管理软件,通过该软件,提高旅游项目、旅游团队等各项工作的管理效率和水平。本文针对国内旅行社的运作特点和旅游团队的管理需要,提出了旅游团队管理系统的研究方案。首先,通过大量文献资料的阅读,充分了解了项目的开发背景、研究意义及重要性,并对课题的国内外研究和应用现状进行了分析,确认了目标系统开发的必要性。其次,通过实地调研,对旅游企业原有的业务流程进行了分析,找出其中存在的问题,在此基础上完成了项目管理、组团管理、过程管理、投诉管理、结算管理等业务流程的再造。再次,通过功能分析,得出了旅游团队管理系统的主要用户角色,并完成了系统数据流分析和功能结构分析工作,给出了具体的数据流图和功能结构图。最后,根据系统功能的数据分析过程,对系统主要实体之间的关系进行了分析,给出了具体的实体属性图和关键实体E-R图,并根据实体属性给出了系统的主要数据库表结构。本文的研究主要来源于国内旅行社的旅游团队管理工作现状,通过系统的研究与分析,对团队管理进行了规范,以此达到提高国内旅行社管理水平和工作效率的目的。此外,通过对旅行社旅游资源的重新整合,能够在很大程度上增强旅行社的经营决策能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the quality of life of people has been greatly improved, which to a large extent has promoted the development of tourism, and the scale of domestic tourism market has expanded rapidly.For a tourism team, its members often come from all over the country. If manual processing and statistics are used, it is difficult to ensure the real-time and accuracy of data collection.Traditional manual management has been difficult to adapt to the rapid development of modern tourism demand.Under this background, the domestic travel agency urgently needs a set of high reliability, high practicability tourism team management software, through this software, enhances the traveling project, the tour team and so on each work management efficiency and the level.According to the operational characteristics of domestic travel agencies and the management needs of tourism teams, this paper puts forward the research scheme of tourism team management system.First of all, through the reading of a large number of documents, we fully understand the background, significance and importance of the project, and analyze the current research and application situation of the project at home and abroad, and confirm the necessity of the development of the target system.Secondly, through the field investigation, the original business process of tourism enterprises is analyzed, and the existing problems are found out. On this basis, the project management, group management, process management, complaint management are completed.Business process reengineering such as settlement management.Thirdly, through the function analysis, the main user role of the tourism team management system is obtained, and the system data flow analysis and the function structure analysis are completed, and the concrete data flow diagram and the function structure diagram are given.Finally, according to the data analysis process of the system function, the relationship between the main entities of the system is analyzed, the concrete entity attribute graph and the key entity E-R graph are given, and the main database table structure of the system is given according to the entity attribute.The research of this paper mainly comes from the current situation of tourism team management of domestic travel agencies. Through systematic research and analysis, the paper standardizes the team management, in order to improve the management level and work efficiency of domestic travel agencies.In addition, the tourism resources of travel agencies can be reintegrated to a great extent to enhance the ability of travel agencies to make decisions.
