三网融合下上海有线电视网NGB改造项目研究

【摘要】：根据国务院关于加快三网融合建设的总体目标,以及上海市智慧城市三年行动计划,上海作为三网融合首批试点城市,东方有线作为上海下一代广播电视网承建单位,将积极推进全市范围内的NGB建设,并基于NGB网络平台的高速网络承载能力,着力为全市用户提供丰富的业务服务,满足市民不断提升的多样化文化娱乐生活需求。本研究以三网融合为背景,以上海有线电视在原先的单向模拟网络升级为双向数字网络后再次升级为高速NGB为基础,结合上海东方有线网络有限公司的有线电视网NGB升级改造工程背景和发展特点,对EPON和Ethernet over Cable进行详细的分析之后,能够进一步了解到三网融合的具体情况,也能够了解到其融合的具体方案。方案中主要的对象为住宅型小区,通过对住宅型小区的网络进行架构设计、通过对小区内的网络硬件以及软件各方面的功能机械能实现来满足小区对网络的需求。能够对住宅型小区内的所有用户的数据使用的各方面网络使用满足,并且网络的技术有着一定的安全性、可靠性以及管理的灵活性。上海东方有线网络有限公司的NGB高速网改造是在我国三网融合背景下进行的技术创兴,为上海东方有线网络有限公司在三网融合背景下高速网络的升级提供了解决方案,也为全市乃至全国广电网络公司在三网融合下的高速网升级和改造提供了技术参考和管理借鉴,研究上海有线电视网的NGB工程项目改造旨在提高广电企业对项目管理的能力和水平,为企业在最短时间内创造最高经济效益提供帮助,能够更好的推动我国上海东方有线网络企业通过三网融合抓住发展的机遇和挑战,进一步形成企业在市场上的竞争力,在市场上占据足够的地位为企业创造出更大的经济利益,更好的推动广电网络事业的发展。
[Abstract]:According to the general goal of the State Council on speeding up the integration of the three networks and the three year action plan of Shanghai Intelligent City, Shanghai is the first pilot city to integrate the three networks. As the next generation of Shanghai's next generation broadcasting and television network, the East cable will actively promote the construction of NGB in the whole city and carry the high speed network based on the NGB network platform. The research is based on the integration of three networks as the basis for the upgrading of Shanghai cable TV in the original one-way analog network to a two-way digital network, which is based on the upgrade to the high speed NGB and the Shanghai Oriental cable network. Limited company's cable TV network NGB upgrading engineering background and development characteristics, after the detailed analysis of EPON and Ethernet over Cable, can further understand the specific situation of the three networks integration, and can also understand the concrete scheme of its integration. The main object of the scheme is the residential district, through the network of residential District Network Through the implementation of the network hardware in the community and the function of the software in all aspects of the software, it meets the needs of the community to the network. It can be satisfied with all aspects of the data used by all the users in the residential community, and the network technology has a fixed security, reliability and management flexibility. The transformation of the NGB high speed network of Shanghai Oriental Cable Network Co., Ltd. is a technical creation in the background of the integration of the three networks in China. It provides a solution for the upgrade of the high-speed network for the Shanghai Oriental Cable Network Limited under the background of the triple network convergence. It also provides a high speed network upgrade for the whole city and the whole country. The transformation provides technical reference and management reference. The study of the NGB project transformation of the cable TV network in Shanghai aims to improve the ability and level of the project management of the radio and television enterprises, to provide help for the enterprise to create the highest economic benefit in the shortest time, and to better promote the Shanghai Oriental cable network enterprises to grasp the integration of the three networks. The opportunities and challenges of development have further formed the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, and occupy sufficient position in the market to create greater economic benefits for enterprises and better promote the development of radio and television networks.
