淄博市建设工程安全生产标准化管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:淄博市一直将建设工程作为带动本市经济发展的重要项目,随着对建设工程关注程度的提高,出现了越来越多的企业与工程项目,对于这些企业与工程项目的管理变成了重中之重。但是本市一直采用传统的人工管理方式对其进行管理,管理效果不佳,并且工作效率比较低,因此本市准备利用信息化技术,着手设计一个建设工程安全生产标准化管理系统来对建设工程进行有效管理,使建设工程管理体系向着统一、标准化方向发展。根据对淄博市建设工程管理现状的分析,结合目前流行的开发语言与开发技术,确定本系统的开发主要使用面向对象的开发语言Java,利用MVC开发模式,综合使用Struts2、Spring、Hibernate技术对系统进行分层设计与开发。在数据库方面,本系统主要采用轻量级关系数据库MySql,此数据库灵活、“便捷,方便对数据进行存取,并且稳定性较强,有助于系统数据的保护。淄博市建设工程安全生产标准化管理系统拥有多个角色用户进行管理,主要分成企业用户与现场用户两大类。系统业务主要划分成施工管理业务、监理管理业务、受监安监站管理业务、打印报表管理业务四大部分。在施工管理业务中用户可以进行开工申报,对三类人员信息、外审信息进行填报,对工地竣工进行评定,还可以对专业承包及劳务分包单位信息进行管理;在监理管理业务中实现了监理月度复核信息、月度评价信息以及危险性较大分部分项工程信息的维护管理;在受监安监站管理业务中可以填报受理信息,进行季度确认与竣工确认,此外还可以对管理总站审查信息进行填写;打印报表管理业务中主要可以查询各种报表的打印入口,对报表进行打印工作。本系统在淄博市运行之后,使当地的建设工程无论在施工方面还是监管方面都得到了安全、标准化的管理。使建设项目可以有秩序的运转,提高了工程建设的进度,并且为淄博市节省了不少建设资源。相信本系统的使用,会给淄博市建设工程方面带来进一步的发展机会。
[Abstract]:Zibo has always regarded construction projects as an important project to promote the economic development of the city. With the increasing attention paid to construction projects, more and more enterprises and engineering projects have emerged. The management of these enterprises and engineering projects has become a top priority. However, the city has been using the traditional manual management method to manage it. The management effect is not good, and the work efficiency is relatively low. Therefore, the city is prepared to use information technology. A standardized management system for construction engineering safety and production is designed to effectively manage the construction project and make the management system of construction project develop in the direction of unification and standardization. According to the analysis of the present situation of the construction project management in Zibo city, combined with the current popular development language and development technology, it is determined that the development of this system mainly uses the object-oriented development language Java and the MVC development mode. The hierarchical design and development of the system are carried out by using Struts 2 / Spring hibernate technology. In the aspect of database, this system mainly uses the lightweight relational database MySql. this database is flexible, "convenient, convenient to access the data, and has strong stability, which is helpful to the protection of the system data." Zibo Construction Engineering Safety production Standardization Management system has a number of role users to manage, mainly divided into enterprise users and on-site users. The system business is divided into four parts: construction management business, supervision management business, supervision and security supervision station management business, and printing report management business. In the construction management business, the user can declare the start of work, fill in the three kinds of personnel information, check out the information, assess the completion of the site, and manage the information of the specialized contracting and labor subcontracting units. In the supervision management business, the supervision monthly review information, monthly evaluation information and sub-project information of the greater risk division are realized, and the acceptance information can be filled in in the supervision and safety supervision station management business. Quarterly confirmation and completion confirmation, in addition to the management master station review information can be filled in; print report management business can mainly query various forms of print entry, report printing work. After the operation of the system in Zibo City, the local construction project has been managed safely and standardized in both construction and supervision. So that the construction project can run orderly, improve the progress of the project construction, and save a lot of construction resources for Zibo City. I believe that the use of the system, Zibo City will bring further development opportunities in construction engineering.
