成长战略导向的大型建筑企业项目群管理优势分析

【摘要】：面对日益激烈的国内外建筑市场竞争,大型建筑企业需要以项目群管理的方式实现企业整体效益优化。从建筑企业角度定义了项目群管理,并指出其与单项目管理的不同点。通过数形结合的方法,对比分析了项目群管理"量"的优势,并应用系统动力学方法建立流图进行了仿真计算。结果表明,与单项目管理相比,项目群管理在"质"的优势方面产生的剩余优势显著。两个维度对比分析表明,项目群管理方式比单项目管理优势更大。
[Abstract]:In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and foreign construction market, large construction enterprises need to optimize the overall benefits of enterprises by the way of project group management. This paper defines project group management from the point of view of construction enterprise, and points out the difference between project group management and single project management. The advantages of project group management "quantity" are compared and analyzed by the method of combining numbers and shapes, and the simulation calculation is carried out by using the method of system dynamics to establish flow graph. The results show that compared with single project management, the remaining advantages of project group management are significant in terms of "quality". The comparative analysis of the two dimensions shows that the project group management has more advantages than single project management.
