长峰路桥运营管控优化研究

【摘要】：长峰路桥运营公司自从2000年成立以来,就不断地发展壮大着。在搭建管理平台和实现自身资源的整合过程中,不断地在寻求新的发展思路,并在考虑如何发展壮大。长峰路桥运营公司在如何进行运营管控方面做出了不少努力,也得到了不少的成绩。但是在发展过程中还是面临着一系列问题,其中最为明显的就是如何选择和设计相应的管控模式,以及在未来的发展过程中需要采取的管控策略。基于此,如何根据公司的发展需要,选择到与实际情况相符的,有效的管控模式,以及不断采取策略,促进其发展壮大是其中的一大问题所在。基于上面的分析,本文以长峰路桥运营公司作为主要的研究对象,借助于文献研究和实例分析两条腿的发展思路,采用传统式的分析方式,即“提出问题-分析问题-解决问题”的模式,针对长峰路桥运营公司在管控过程中存在的问题进行相应的优化设计。本文先是对本课题的研究目的和意义进行了相应的阐述,然后给出了本文的研究思路和框架。其次,是通过相应的数据库,查找到大量的有关公司管控方面的文献资料,为论文工作的开展奠定了坚实的基础。其三,是对本论文中的主要研究对象长峰路桥公司进行了相应的介绍,对公司管控中存在的突出问题,如,长峰路桥公司在招聘方面存在问题,培训制度有待改进,人力资源配置不合理,绩效管理系统不健全,以及员工对公司归属感低等,从公司战略、组织结构、财务管理、项目管理、员工招聘模式、评估制度,以及资源配置,绩效考核对公司管控模式进行优化设计。最后,根据这一切,给出了本课题的研究结论。本文主要是以长峰路桥公司的管理模式作为切入点,对机制设计与优化方面做了相应的研究,这不仅仅是有利于完善公司的内部管理控制体系有重要的实际价值,也可以为其他的类似企业提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Changfeng Road and Bridge Operation Company has been growing since its establishment in 2000. In the process of building the management platform and realizing the integration of their own resources, they are constantly seeking new development ideas and considering how to develop and expand. Changfeng Road and Bridge Operation Company has made a lot of efforts and got a lot of achievements in how to manage and control the operation. However, in the process of development, there are still a series of problems, the most obvious of which is how to choose and design the corresponding management and control model, as well as the management and control strategy to be adopted in the future development process. Based on this, how to choose an effective control mode in accordance with the actual situation according to the development needs of the company, and how to continue to take strategies to promote its development and growth is one of the major problems. Based on the above analysis, this paper takes Changfeng Road and Bridge Operation Company as the main research object, with the help of literature research and examples to analyze the development of the two legs, using the traditional way of analysis. That is to say, the mode of "putting forward problem-analyzing problem-solving problem", aiming at the problems existing in the management and control process of Changfeng Road and Bridge Operation Company, carries on the corresponding optimization design. In this paper, the purpose and significance of this research are expounded, and then the research ideas and framework are given. Secondly, through the corresponding database, to find a large number of documents about company management and control, which laid a solid foundation for the work of the thesis. Thirdly, it introduces the main research object of this paper, Changfeng Road and Bridge Company, and points out the outstanding problems in the management and control of the company. For example, there are problems in the recruitment of Changfeng Road Bridge Company, and the training system needs to be improved. Human resources allocation is unreasonable, performance management system is not perfect, and employees have a low sense of belonging to the company, from corporate strategy, organizational structure, financial management, project management, employee recruitment model, evaluation system, and resource allocation, etc. The performance appraisal carries on the optimization design to the company control mode. Finally, according to all these, the conclusion of this research is given. This paper mainly takes the management mode of Changfeng Road Bridge Company as the breakthrough point and makes the corresponding research on the design and optimization of the mechanism, which is not only conducive to the improvement of the company's internal management control system has important practical value. It can also provide some reference for other similar enterprises.
