PMC模式下国际性石化工程中的沟通管理

【摘要】:PMC(Project Management Contrctor)项目管理承包,作为业主的代表或业主的延伸这一相对新型的项目管理模式,在工程项目尤其是大型国际性工程中的应用越来越广泛。国际工程是项目参与主体来自不同的国家,并需按国际惯例进行管理的工程。鉴于此类项目参与方的文化背景、工程经验、工作方式及生活习惯等都存在差异,项目参与方之间的沟通常常直接影响到项目的绩效。本课题以PMC管理模式下国际性石化工程中的沟通管理为研究对象,以改进国际性石化工程项目中的沟通管理而展开讨论,主要工作如下:通过查阅文献对前人关于PMC管理模式和沟通管理的研究内容进行归纳分析,得出研究PMC模式下国际性石化工程中沟通管理在理论和实践中都具有一定的意义。接下来从国际性石化工程的特点以及PMC模式对国际性石化工程建设的影响入手,结合实际工程项目案例进行分析,初步指出目前在PMC模式下国际性工程中沟通管理的现状。基于所描述的现状,对行业内的资深人士进行访谈,深入探讨影响沟通的因素。结合沟通的特征,然后对访谈结果进行归类汇总,可归结为四个沟通因子,即沟通方式、沟通气氛、沟通频率和沟通反馈。然后通过问卷对参与此类项目的各不同层级、不同部门的专业人员进行调查,基于调查数据,构建数学模型进行定量分析,由此反映出在通常实践中各沟通因子被重视程度的强弱,进而有针对性地提出具体的改进措施。本文通过在实践中发现问题,结合现有理论,提出改进措施,并通过非洲石化项目的应用,为类似工程建设提供一种有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:PMC (Project Management Contrctor) project management contract, as the representative of the owner or the extension of the owner, is a relatively new type of project management model, which is more and more widely used in engineering projects, especially in large international engineering. In view of the cultural background of the participants, the project experience, the work style and the living habits are different. The communication between the participants of the project often directly affects the performance of the project. This subject takes the communication management in the international petrochemical engineering as the research object under the PMC management model, in order to improve the international petrochemical project. The main work is as follows. The main work is as follows: through the literature review of the previous research on PMC management model and communication management, it is concluded that the study of communication management in international petrochemical engineering under PMC model has certain meaning in both theory and practice. Then, the characteristics of international petrochemical engineering are followed. As well as the influence of PMC model on international petrochemical engineering construction, the current situation of communication management in international engineering under PMC model is preliminarily pointed out by analyzing the actual project cases. Based on the present situation, interviews with senior personages in the industry are carried out to explore the factors affecting communication. Then, the interview results are classified and summarized, which can be attributed to four communication factors, namely, communication mode, communication atmosphere, communication frequency and communication feedback. Then, the questionnaire is used to investigate the different levels of the project and the professional personnel of different departments. Based on the survey data, the mathematical model is constructed and the quantitative analysis is made, which reflects the result of the quantitative analysis. In the usual practice, each communication factor is attached importance to the degree of strength, and then put forward specific improvement measures. This paper, through the discovery of problems in practice, combined with the existing theory, puts forward improvement measures, and provides a useful reference for similar project construction through the application of the African petrochemical project.
