应用价值工程方法的地基基础设计阶段方案比选

【摘要】:建筑工程中设计及施工阶段都是比较重要的阶段,当一个分项或分部工程有多个实施方案时,往往难以抉择,本文应用价值工程方法对工程设计阶段的方案必选提供有效方法,因此,无论在建设工程的设计阶段还是实施阶段,应用价值工程理论对提高工程质量、降低工程成本等均有较大帮助。价值工程是一种新型的经济技术分析方法,在建筑工程设计和施工中得到广泛应用,价值工程研究的是在满足必要功能的基础上,如何降低对象的成本,使对象的结构更为合理,而不单纯的追求功能齐全或成本最低;价值工程是一种成熟的技术经济思想和管理措施;如何运用价值工程及如何用好价值工程对提高企业经济效益有大大的帮助。那么,价值工程在地基基础设计阶段有什么应用价值呢,近年来,随着我国城市建设进程的不断推进,在建筑、水利、桥梁、交通等各个领域遇到的不良地基越来越多,保证地基基础的稳定是整个建筑物的根本,地基处理的方法很多种,如:CFG桩、振冲碎石桩、水泥土搅拌桩等,如何选择最为合理的地基处理的方法,确定施工方案做为一个课题来研究,本文借鉴了工业生产项目中应用价值工程的成功案例,计划应用价值工程对项目的地基处理设计方案进行分析,如何提高建筑物整体的价值,主要通过价值分析来进行,使建筑物的功能与成本向匹配,发挥投资效益,从而为工程项目管理人员进行工程决策提供参考。诚然,地基处理针对整个项目来说只是冰山一角,本文旨在提出一种合理选择设计方案的一种方法,拿出地基处理的成功案例做为分析,目的在于说明价值工程在建筑工程各个领域,各个阶段都能得到广泛的发展。
[Abstract]:The stage of design and construction is very important in the construction engineering. When there are more than one implementation plan in a sub-project or a sub-project, it is difficult to choose. This paper applies the method of value engineering to provide an effective method for the project in the stage of engineering design. Therefore, the application of the theory of value engineering is of great help to the improvement of engineering quality and the reduction of engineering cost, both in the design stage and in the implementation stage of the construction project. Value engineering is a new economic and technical analysis method, which is widely used in the design and construction of building engineering. Value engineering studies how to reduce the cost of objects on the basis of satisfying the necessary functions. So that the structure of the object is more reasonable than the simple pursuit of complete functions or the lowest cost, value engineering is a mature technical and economic ideas and management measures; How to use value engineering and how to make good use of value engineering are of great help to improve the economic benefits of enterprises. Well, what is the application value of value engineering in the foundation design phase? in recent years, with the continuous progress of urban construction in our country, more and more bad foundations have been encountered in the fields of construction, water conservancy, bridges, transportation and so on. To ensure the stability of foundation foundation is the foundation of the whole building. There are many methods for foundation treatment, such as: CFG pile, vibratory gravel pile, cement soil mixing pile, etc. How to select the most reasonable method of foundation treatment? This paper uses the successful cases of applied value engineering in the industrial production project as reference, and plans to apply the value engineering to analyze the foundation treatment design scheme of the project. How to improve the overall value of the building is mainly carried out through value analysis so as to make the function of the building match with the cost and bring into play the benefit of investment so as to provide a reference for the project managers to make engineering decisions. To be sure, foundation treatment is only the tip of the iceberg for the whole project. The purpose is to show that value engineering can be widely developed in all fields of construction engineering.
