台州市委党校校内科研项目管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：当今是信息技术飞速发展时代,面对这一新形势、新常态,党校事业和党校信息化建设工作正处于一个全新的历史起点上。传统的科研管理方式已不能适应党校事业的快速发展。如何提升我校的科研管理水平?推动党校科研管理工作转型升级,更好地服务学校、服务学员和服务社会。本文着重研究一套全新的党校内部科研项目管理系统,使得党校内部科研项目管理更规范、更公平、更公正,进一步提升党校内部教师科研软实力和科研水平。本文简要分析了台州市委党校校内科研项目管理系统的项目背景和同类系统的研究与应用现状,界定了论文的研究内容、研究范围和主要工作；论文从业务分析过程中剖析了传统科研项目管理时存在的问题,给出了台州市委党校内管理管理组织机构,采用泳道图详细分析了原有科研项目管理业务流程,采用软件工程活动图的方法给出优化后的业务流程图;在功能分析中,定义分析了台州市委党校校内科研项目管理系统中用户角色的职责,给出了系统用例分析和用例描述,从中得出系统的各项功能,进一步详细描述系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图；设计定义了系统各主要部件及成分之间的关系,包括科研项目信息发布、科研项目申报管理、科研项目立项管理、科研项目验收管理、科研统计管理、基础数据管理和系统管理等子包图；论文在数据分析过程中,分析了系统各功能的所需要处理的数据,给出校内科研项目管理系统控制类关系图及实体类关系图,确定数据库表结构；论文最后总结了已完成的研究与分析工作,并对今后需要进一步完善的工作做了描述。本文使用软件工程的分析方法,分析了台州市委党校校内科研项目管理的业务需求,优化了科研项目管理的业务流程,并利用面向对象开发方法的功能分析和数据分析工具,建立台州市委党校科研项目管理系统的系统模型,为台州市委党校校内科研项目管理工作的信息化提供了借鉴和参考,为台州市委党校科研项目管理模式的改革和发展做出了自己应有的贡献。
[Abstract]:Today is the era of the rapid development of information technology, facing this new situation, the new normal, the party school cause and the party school information construction work is in a brand-new historical starting point. The traditional management of scientific research can not adapt to the rapid development of the party school. How to improve the scientific research management level of our school? Promote the transformation and upgrading of party school scientific research management, better serve the school, serve the students and serve the society. This paper focuses on the study of a new set of internal scientific research project management system in the Party school, which makes the management of scientific research project in the party school more standardized, fairer and more just, and further improves the soft power and scientific research level of the teachers in the party school. This paper briefly analyzes the project background of the scientific research project management system in the Party School of Taizhou City Party Committee and the research and application status of the similar system, and defines the research content, research scope and main work of the paper. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional scientific research project management from the process of business analysis, gives the management organization in the Party school of Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, and analyzes the business process of the original scientific research project management in detail by using the swimming lane chart. Using the method of software engineering activity diagram to give the optimized business flow chart, in the function analysis, the author defines and analyzes the responsibility of the user role in the scientific research project management system of Taizhou party school, and gives the system use case analysis and use case description. The functions of the system are obtained, and the overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of the system are described in detail, and the relationships among the main components and components of the system are designed and defined, including the release of scientific research project information, the application and management of scientific research projects, In the process of data analysis, the paper analyzes the data that need to be dealt with in each function of the system, such as scientific research project establishment management, scientific research project acceptance management, scientific research statistics management, basic data management and system management. The control class diagram and entity class diagram of the scientific research project management system in the school are given, and the database table structure is determined. Finally, the paper summarizes the research and analysis work that has been completed, and describes the work that needs to be further improved in the future. In this paper, the business demand of scientific research project management in the Party School of Taizhou City Party Committee is analyzed, the business process of scientific research project management is optimized, and the function analysis and data analysis tool of object-oriented development method is used in this paper. The systematic model of the scientific research project management system of the Party school of Taizhou Municipal Party Committee is established, which provides reference and reference for the informatization of scientific research project management in the Party school of Taizhou City Party Committee. It has made its due contribution to the reform and development of the scientific research project management mode of the Party School of Taizhou City Party Committee.
