【摘要】：建设工程项目的进度控制与管理一直是项目管理的重要组成部分,也是建设工程项目顺利实施并按预期投入使用的重要基础保障工作。因此,对建设工程项目的进度控制进行必要的、持续的深入研究具有重要的现实意义。本文在对建设工程项目进度计划管理与控制的理论、方法进行系统阐述的基础上,以下寺湾采油厂甘泉生产基地为例,对建设项目进度计划和控制进行了详细的分析探讨,是项目管理理论、进度计划和控制理论在实际工程中的实践运用,可以对类似建设工程项目的进度管理与控制提供一定的参考。论文以下寺湾采油厂甘泉生产基地工程项目为例,研究了建设工程项目的进度控制与管理问题。论文第一部分介绍了研究的目的及意义,对国内外的研究现状进行了分析探讨,提出了论文研究的主要内容;论文第二部分对建设项目进度控制的相关理论基础进行了阐述;第三部分简要介绍了下寺湾采油厂甘泉生产基地建设项目的概况,为之后的分析研究做好铺垫;论文第四部分编制了下寺湾采油厂甘泉生产基地项目进度计划,第五部分分析了影响项目进度计划实施的因素,根据项目具体工作情况,提出了项目进度控制的思路及措施。
[Abstract]:The progress control and management of construction project is always an important part of project management, and is also an important basic guarantee for the smooth implementation of construction project and putting it into use according to expectation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry on the necessary and continuous in-depth research on the progress control of construction projects. Based on the theory and method of construction project schedule management and control, taking the Ganquan production base of Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant as an example, this paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the construction project schedule and control. It is a practical application of project management theory, schedule planning and control theory in practical engineering, which can provide a certain reference for schedule management and control of similar construction projects. Taking the project of Ganquan production Base of Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant as an example, this paper studies the progress control and management of construction project. The first part of the paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research, analyzes and discusses the current research situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the main contents of the paper. The third part briefly introduces the general situation of the construction project of the production base of Ganquan in Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant, which lays the groundwork for the analysis and research after that; the fourth part of the paper compiles the progress plan of the production base project of Ganquan in Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant. The fifth part analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of the project schedule, and puts forward the ideas and measures of the project schedule control according to the specific work situation of the project.
