【摘要】：对比众多类型的建设工程,桥梁工程的结构形式更加复杂、施工控制更加严格、资金投入更加广泛,多个种类的不确定因素形成了桥梁工程的建设风险。风险管理体系在很大程度上能够减少桥梁建设项目的风险,以确保桥梁项目顺利实施。故论文如何科学合理地识别、评价桥梁建设风险因素,如何有效地对温江区永宁立交大型桥梁的风险状况运用风险识别和评价方法定性定量地分析,提高风险识别和风险评估在大型桥梁建设工程风险管理中的准确性和适用性是本论文探讨研究的重要问题。本文选择大型桥梁建设项目的风险管理为研究对象,重点研究了大型桥梁建设项目如何对建设期风险因素进行识别、如何对各类不确定性风险做出评价、如何对各类风险积极应对这三个方面的问题。在地理环境,气候地质等复杂的建设环境综合影响下,大型桥梁的建设期风险水平较高。选取温江区永宁立交桥为风险管理的研究对象,运用定性和定量分析大型桥梁项目风险的管理方法——结合了现场考察的专家调查法与层次分析法,不仅提高了风险识别和风险评估的精确性,还增加了在大型桥梁建设风险管理的适用程度。本文对工程实例的探讨表明了建立大型桥梁建设风险管理体系是可行的,并归纳提出了大型桥梁建设风险管理体系的建立方法。将工程项目管理理论应用到工程的实例中,本文的目的是将大型桥梁工程建设项目中存在的风险进行有效地理论和实证研究,并在此基础上归纳总结了大型桥梁建设风险管理体系的建立方法,为保证温江区永宁立交桥建设项目顺利实施提供一定的理论指导,以期为大型桥梁工程建设风险管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:Compared with many kinds of construction projects, the structure form of bridge engineering is more complex, the construction control is more strict, the investment of funds is more extensive, and many kinds of uncertain factors form the construction risk of bridge engineering. Risk management system can reduce the risk of bridge construction projects to ensure the smooth implementation of bridge projects. Therefore, how to identify and evaluate the risk factors of bridge construction scientifically and reasonably, and how to analyze the risk status of large bridge of Yongning interchange in Wenjiang district qualitatively and quantitatively by means of risk identification and evaluation method are discussed in this paper. To improve the accuracy and applicability of risk identification and risk assessment in the risk management of large bridge construction projects is an important issue in this paper. This paper chooses the risk management of large-scale bridge construction project as the research object, and focuses on how to identify the risk factors in the construction period of the large-scale bridge construction project, and how to evaluate the various uncertain risks. How to deal with all kinds of risks actively in these three aspects of the problem. Under the influence of complex construction environment, such as geographical environment, climate geology and so on, the risk level of large bridge during construction period is high. The Yongning overpass in Wenjiang District is chosen as the research object of risk management, and the risk management method of the large-scale bridge project is used qualitatively and quantitatively, which combines the expert investigation method and the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method of on-the-spot investigation. It not only improves the accuracy of risk identification and risk assessment, but also increases the applicability of risk management in large bridge construction. In this paper, the discussion of engineering examples shows that it is feasible to establish the risk management system of large-scale bridge construction, and the method of establishing risk management system for large-scale bridge construction is summarized. Applying the engineering project management theory to the engineering example, the purpose of this paper is to carry on the effective theoretical and empirical research on the risk existing in the large-scale bridge engineering construction project. On this basis, the paper summarizes the establishment methods of risk management system for large-scale bridge construction, which provides certain theoretical guidance for the smooth implementation of Yongning overpass construction project in Wenjiang District. In order to provide reference for large bridge construction risk management.
