【摘要】:本系统从满足新疆塔城农村水利资源进行科学化管理的需求基础上,搭建了J2EE框架结构上的B/S分层结构设计,满足大数据、动态化数据管理需求的SQLServer数据库设计,主要取得以下工作成绩:1、完成了新疆塔城地区农村项目信息。行业信息、日常管理信息、地理信息等与水利资源管理工作相关数据的收集工作,并利用信息系统自动化功能完成数据的整理、汇总并提供统计数据。2、数据库的建立基于大数据处理以及动态数据转化基础上的SQLServer基础上,该数据库涵括了项目信息。行业信息、日常管理信息、地理信息等农村水利资源信息管理工作需要的基本数据,在满足信息系统自动化数据处理的基础上,能够满足数据的自动汇总和统计分析的数据处理要求。3、本系统的在对课题背景、来源和研究意义进行分析的基础上,对新疆塔城农村水利管理信息系统现状进行了研究与对比分析,提出了研究目标及内容,分析了新疆塔城农村水利管理业务流程,并对新疆塔城农村水利管理进行了功能性需求分析与非功能性需求分析。然后论文介绍了系统建设原则,对系统的B/S体系架构、功能结构、数据库、网络拓扑结构、接口、安全性进行了设计,并描述了部分主要模块的设计。为创建新疆塔城农村水利管理效率提供有效平台,取得良好的效果。平台设计合理,具有稳定性、可扩展性、易用性等特点。经济和社会效益显著,为新疆塔城农村水利管理各级领导提供决策支持和管理支持;为协同设计平台业务提供服务,有力提升了新疆塔城农村水利管理的核心竞争力和企业的社会价值。

The system on the basis of the subject background, sources and research significance of analysis, This paper studies and compares the present situation of rural water conservancy management information system in Tacheng, Xinjiang, puts forward the research objectives and contents, and analyzes the business process of rural water conservancy management in Tacheng, Xinjiang. The functional requirements and non-functional requirements of rural water conservancy management in Tacheng, Xinjiang are analyzed. Then the paper introduces the principles of system construction, designs the B / S architecture, function structure, database, network topology, interface and security of the system, and describes the design of some main modules. It provides an effective platform for the establishment of rural water conservancy management efficiency in Tacheng, Xinjiang, and achieves good results. The design of the platform is reasonable, stable, extensible and easy to use. Remarkable economic and social benefits, providing decision support and management support for leaders at all levels of water conservancy management in Tacheng, Xinjiang, and providing services for the business of collaborative design platform, It has enhanced the core competitiveness of rural water conservancy management and the social value of enterprises in Tacheng, Xinjiang.
