建筑设计项目管理研究

【摘要】：本文主要研究内容是建筑设计项目及其项目管理,不仅对相关的理论知识进行详细的描述,同时也对实际的案例进行系统的说明。本文基于建筑设计,对项目管理的内涵及理论支持做出了相关阐述,进而分析了在建筑设计中采用项目管理的重要性和必要性。接着本文对行业内项目管理发展情况做了简要的概述,对于建筑设计项目的特点和影响因素进行了研究。对于建筑设计工程项目的管理内容本文做了详细的分析,并针对实际案例进行工程项目管理的实际操作效果的比对。最后,对实际应用过程中出现的问题给出了具体的解决建议,其中包含了培养适合建筑设计项目管理需要的项目管理人才,充分考虑项目管理制度的适用性等具有实际应用价值的建议措施,这些建议对于规划落实建设设计任务,提高建筑设计工程施工效率有着积极的意义。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is the architectural design project and its project management, not only to describe the relevant theoretical knowledge in detail, but also to systematically explain the actual cases. Based on architectural design, this paper expounds the connotation and theoretical support of project management, and then analyzes the importance and necessity of adopting project management in architectural design. Then this paper makes a brief overview of the development of project management in the industry, and studies the characteristics and influencing factors of architectural design projects. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the management content of the architectural design project, and compares the actual operation effect of the engineering project management with the actual cases. Finally, the paper gives some concrete solutions to the problems in the practical application process, which includes the cultivation of project management personnel suitable for the needs of architectural design project management. Fully considering the applicability of the project management system and other practical application of the proposed measures, these suggestions for the planning and implementation of construction design tasks, improve the efficiency of construction design engineering has a positive significance.
