【摘要】：ZHD公司是一家施工企业,该公司承包的SPGC项目在人员、质量和安全管理方面表现突出。SPGC项目是包含土建、安装、市政园林等工程的综合性工程；SPGC项目在整个管理过程中运用了很多具有代表性的管理方法,本文综合分析和研究该项目的管理工作,具有良好的现实意义。本文运用项目管理的一般理论对ZHD公司SPGC项目管理核心容分析和研究,并提出解决对策。本文由三部分组成,第一部分为第一章内容为项目背景、国内外研究现状和主要研究内容；第二部分为第二章和第三章,内容为项目管理一般理论和模型并深入研究SPGC项目存在的问题。第三部分为第四章和第五章,综合运用相关理论,对存在问题进行系统梳理,关联对照,找到问题成因并结合该项目的实际特点,提出具有针对性的科学合理的对策和保障措施,如改进绩效考核制度、加强安全质量管理、引用行业最新技术促进和解决管理中存在的问题。本文重点分析该项目的人员管理、质量、安全三方面内容。项目人员和组织结构部分涉及到整个项目管理的全过程,也是项目能否顺利进行的关键,而质量和安全管理则具有相当强的典型性,人员如何贯彻落实安全和质量管理,安全和质量管理对进度和成本的影响问题将作为本文的叙述要点。该项目的进度和成本管理作为简述内容。档案管理、合同管理等其他方面内容由于不具备代表性,因此不在本文研究范围内。综上所述,本文通过对SPGC项目的深入研究,对人员管理、质量管理、安全管理等方面存在的问题进行了解析,并提出解决问题的相关建议、对策和保障措施,希望借此能够总结该项目,并对相关项目提供可借鉴的经验和依据。
[Abstract]:ZHD is a construction company, the company contracts the SPGC project in the personnel, quality and safety management outstanding. SPGC project is including civil construction, installation, The SPGC project of municipal garden and other projects has applied many representative management methods in the whole management process. This paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the management work of the project, which has good practical significance. Based on the general theory of project management, this paper analyzes and studies the core of SPGC project management of ZHD Company, and puts forward some countermeasures. This paper consists of three parts: the first part is the background of the project, the domestic and foreign research status and the main research content, the second part is the second chapter and the third chapter, The content is the general theory and model of project management and the problems existing in SPGC project. The third part is the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, synthetically applies the related theory, carries on the systematic combing to the existence question, correlates the contrast, finds the problem origin and unifies the actual characteristic of the project, Some scientific and reasonable countermeasures and measures are put forward, such as improving the performance appraisal system, strengthening the safety and quality management, and using the latest technology to promote and solve the problems existing in the management. This paper focuses on the personnel management, quality and safety of the project. The part of project personnel and organizational structure involves the whole process of project management, and is also the key to the smooth progress of the project. However, the quality and safety management is quite typical, how to implement the safety and quality management. The impact of safety and quality management on schedule and cost will be the main point of this paper. The project's schedule and cost management are briefly described. File management, contract management and other aspects are not representative, so it is not within the scope of this study. To sum up, this paper analyzes the problems existing in personnel management, quality management, safety management and so on through the in-depth study of SPGC project, and puts forward the relevant suggestions, countermeasures and safeguard measures to solve the problems. Hope to sum up the project and provide relevant experience and basis for reference.
