龙旗公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:龙旗公司(新加坡股票代码:LONGCHEER)创建于2002年7月,是国内从事手机研发设计的高新技术企业,提供软硬件设计、系统测试和外观设计的整体设计方案。2005年5月龙旗集团在新加坡证券交易所主板上市,融资约1.27亿元人民币。2005和2006年连续入选“中国高科技、高成长50强企业”和“亚太区高科技、高成长500强企业”。本论文主要讨论了龙旗公司制定并实施了设计改进型的增长型竞争战略,果断调整了手机研发平台,加强了组织能力建设和项目管理能力,建立了核心竞争优势,保持健康、持续、快速的发展。本文主要分为六个部分,一是发现问题,引入研究背景。简单介绍了龙旗公司的成立和发展过程和论文的研究思路和方法。二是理论综述。引述了竞争战略研究的方法及工具。三是分析问题,对龙旗公司总体环境和内部环境进行分析和评价。使用PEST分析法和波特五力模型分析了龙旗公司所处的外部环境、产业环境和竞争环境。从资源、能力和竞争力几个方面着手,对龙旗公司的核心竞争力进行了深入解析。四是SWOT分析,结合龙旗公司的自身实际情况,提出适合龙旗公司的设计改进型成本领先战略。五是解决问题。龙旗公司竞争战略实施和评价。龙旗公司与上游芯片公司建立了战略合作,加快研发节奏,采用交钥匙的业务模式,将创新型手机设计方案快速变成成熟的产品大批量的推向市场,从而获得了成本领先优势。六是跟踪控制,对龙旗公司竞争战略实施做了展望。在研究过程中,本文以宏观和微观相结合,注重理论联系实践,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合,对龙旗公司制定更加科学合理的竞争战略,提升企业竞争力,使企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中保持竞争优势具有一定的借鉴作用,同时,也希望通过该课题的研究,更好的促进中国手机行业的发展。
[Abstract]:Established in July 2002, Longqi Corporation (Singapore Stock symbol) is a high-tech enterprise engaged in mobile phone R & D and design, providing hardware and software design. In May 2005, Longqi Group was listed on the main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, raising about 127 million RMB. 2005 and 2006. High-growth 50 companies "and" Asia-Pacific high-tech, high-growth 500-strong enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the development and implementation of the growth competition strategy of the Longqi Company, decisively adjusts the mobile phone R & D platform, strengthens the organizational capacity building and project management ability, establishes the core competitive advantage, and maintains the health. Continuous and rapid development. This paper is mainly divided into six parts: first, the discovery of problems, the introduction of research background. This paper briefly introduces the establishment and development process of Longqi Company and the research ideas and methods of the thesis. The second is the theoretical summary. The methods and tools of competition strategy research are quoted. The third is to analyze and evaluate the overall environment and internal environment of Longqi Company. This paper analyzes the external environment, industrial environment and competition environment of Longqi Company by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model. This paper analyzes the core competence of Longqi Company from the aspects of resources, ability and competitiveness. Fourth, SWOT analysis, combining with the actual situation of Longqi Company, puts forward the design improved cost leading strategy suitable for Longqi Company. Fifth, solve the problem. Longqi company competitive strategy implementation and evaluation. Longqi Company has established strategic cooperation with upstream chip company to speed up the research and development rhythm, adopt the business model of turnkey, and quickly turn the innovative mobile phone design scheme into mature products to market in large quantities, thus obtaining the cost leading advantage. Sixth, tracking control, Longqi company competitive strategy implementation of the outlook. In the course of the research, this paper combines macro and micro, pays attention to the combination of theory and practice, combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, makes a more scientific and reasonable competitive strategy for Longqi Company, and promotes the competitiveness of enterprises. So that enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition to maintain competitive advantage has a certain reference role, at the same time, also hope to better promote the development of China's mobile phone industry through the research of this subject.
