【摘要】:电力工程项目建设是一个周期长、高投资、高科技、外部联系广泛的生产消费过程,在项目建设过程中,存在着大量的不确定因素,由此产生的项目风险常常影响工程的顺利实施。电力工程项目必须进行风险管理。在现代项目管理中,风险管理已成为研究的热点之一。工程项目的风险管理就是用系统的、动态的方法对风险进行监控,减少项目过程中的不确定性,本文对电力工程项目风险管理进行了研究。 本文作者结合多年在国内电力工程DCS系统项目的工作经验,比较系统地研究了电力工程项目风险管理的理论,分析了电力工程DCS项目面临的各种风险,初步建立了电力工程DCS项目风险理论体系和管理模式,分析和阐述了风险规划、识别、评估、应对和监控的过程和方法,建立了风险模型,引入了一些新的分析、评估和监控方法,并通过某电力工程项目实施风险管理的案例,说明了电力工程DCS项目风险管理的程序和方法,可用于指导电力工程DCS系统施工风险管理。
[Abstract]:Power engineering project construction is a production and consumption process with long period, high investment, high technology and extensive external connection. In the process of project construction, there are a lot of uncertain factors. The resulting project risks often affect the smooth implementation of the project. The power engineering project must carry on the risk management. In modern project management, risk management has become one of the hotspots of research. The risk management of engineering project is to monitor the risk and reduce the uncertainty in the process of the project by systematic and dynamic method. This paper studies the risk management of power engineering project. In this paper, the author systematically studies the theory of power engineering project risk management, and analyzes the various risks faced by electric power engineering DCS project, based on the working experience of many years in domestic electric power engineering DCS system project. This paper establishes the risk theory system and management mode of DCS project in electric power engineering, analyzes and expounds the process and method of risk planning, identification, evaluation, response and monitoring, establishes the risk model and introduces some new analysis. The method of evaluating and monitoring, and through the case of implementing risk management in a power engineering project, explains the procedure and method of risk management of power engineering DCS project, which can be used to guide the construction risk management of electric power engineering DCS system.
