BIM在复杂工程项目协同管理中的促进效果分析

【摘要】:近年来,随着中国经济的快速发展,国内复杂工程项目的数量快速增加。复杂工程项目的顺利实施对我国的城市化建设能够产生巨大的促进作用,在国民经济中占据着重要地位。复杂工程项目的参与方数量众多,建设过程中往往采用大量的新技术和新工艺,外部环境对建设过程的影响也比较大,如何在复杂工程项目建设过程中高效地进行协同管理正逐渐成为整个项目管理过程中的核心问题。BIM作为一种建筑业信息化相关理论和技术,其最重要属性是参数性和可视化,参数性使得BIM模型能够储存建设项目全寿命周期中各种相关的工程信息数据,可视化使得建设项目的全寿命周期都能在计算机中模拟出来。BIM能够对复杂工程项目的协同管理提供必要的信息和技术支撑。本文对国内外复杂工程协同管理的研究现状做了简要阐述,在国内外相关文献和有关专家意见的基础上,经过多次调整,初步确定了复杂工程项目协同管理的评价指标量表,根据该量表对相关人员进行了问卷调查,对搜集到的问卷数据进行了信度和效度分析。根据结构方程模型的相关理论和分析方法,参考各观察指标的标准化因素负荷量对复杂工程项目协同管理的评价指标量表进行了优化,根据修正后的一阶模型路径及估计参数图和二阶验证性因素分析模型最终确定了影响复杂工程项目协同管理评价指标量表,在对模型参数进行分析的基础上根据各指标和变量间的不同的影响程度,介绍了对各指标应当采取的关注程度,为复杂工程项目协同管理提出了科学合理的建议。分析了BIM对复杂工程项目协同管理过程中相关指标的促进作用,以新郑机场二期工程为实际案例进行了相关分析,并通过表格的形式展示了BIM技术对所有指标的促进效果及其原因。本文通过分析得出一个结论:虽然BIM并不能解决复杂工程项目协同管理中的所有问题,但是BIM在复杂工程项目协同管理中也起到了巨大的促进作用。本文利用结构方程模型,对影响复杂工程项目协同管理的指标进行了研究分析,结合BIM技术和相关理论,为复杂工程项目的协同管理提供了理论支撑和技术支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the number of complex projects in China has increased rapidly. The smooth implementation of complex engineering projects can greatly promote the urbanization construction of our country and occupy an important position in the national economy. The number of participants in complex engineering projects is numerous, and a large number of new technologies and techniques are often used in the construction process, and the external environment also has a great impact on the construction process. How to efficiently carry out collaborative management in the construction process of complex engineering projects is becoming the core problem in the whole project management process. BIM, as a related theory and technology of construction information, its most important attribute is parameterization and visualization. Parameterization enables the BIM model to store all kinds of engineering information data related to the life cycle of a construction project. Visualization enables the whole life cycle of construction projects to be simulated in a computer. BIM can provide necessary information and technical support for collaborative management of complex engineering projects. In this paper, the current research situation of cooperative management of complex engineering at home and abroad is briefly described. Based on the relevant literature and expert opinions at home and abroad, the evaluation index scale for collaborative management of complex engineering projects is preliminarily determined after several adjustments. According to the questionnaire, the reliability and validity of the collected data were analyzed. According to the relevant theory and analysis method of structural equation model, the evaluation index scale of cooperative management of complex engineering project is optimized by referring to the standardized factor load of each observation index. According to the revised first order model path and estimation parameter diagram and the second order confirmatory factor analysis model, the evaluation index scale of collaborative management for complex engineering projects is finally determined. Based on the analysis of the model parameters, according to the different influence degree of each index and variable, the paper introduces the attention degree of each index, and puts forward some scientific and reasonable suggestions for the cooperative management of complex engineering project. This paper analyzes the role of BIM in promoting the related indexes in the process of collaborative management of complex engineering projects, and takes the second phase project of Xinzheng Airport as a practical case to carry out correlation analysis. The paper also shows the effect of BIM technology on all indexes and its reasons through the form of table. This paper draws a conclusion through analysis: although BIM can not solve all the problems in collaborative management of complex engineering projects, BIM also plays a great role in promoting collaborative management of complex engineering projects. In this paper, the structural equation model is used to study and analyze the indexes that affect the collaborative management of complex engineering projects. Combined with BIM technology and related theories, it provides theoretical support and technical support for collaborative management of complex engineering projects.
