科研单位信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:当前社会,计算机科学技术作为社会生产、生活最为重要的科技工具,其应用价值在多个行业中有所体现。其中,科学研究工作是我国科技进步的重要驱动力,科研单位是承担着我国科学研究的重要组织机构。长期以来,很多科学研究单位在研究方面做出了杰出的贡献,并依靠传统劳动方式不同程度的取得相应成果。但随着社会的进步,尤其是信息化社会的变革迫使科研工作必须转变方式。很多案例证明,传统的科研工作模式存在着研究效率低、项目质量把握不到位、经费控制不严等不利因素。随着科研成果的数量、质量等各方面的要求提升,就要求科研单位必须引入信息化手段进行科研管理工作的改革。本系统以辽宁省某省属科研单位为研究背景,该单位在科研管理中迫切需要信息化解决问题途径的软件系统,将它作为科研工作的催化剂,强化并规范现有科研工作流程。本系统的研究将采用B/S结构及SSH架构进行技术保证,可充分发挥B/S结构具有的跨平台、易维护、应用面广的优势。而SSH架构是目前主流的软件体系架构模型,是在Java等开发技术基础之上而形成的软件架构,是J2EE平台的重要技术成果,SSH架构在支持系统开发速度方面表现优异,在保证系统技术水平高的前提,又兼顾了系统的可伸缩、好管理和易维护等必要的质量要求。本系统在业务和功能方面充分参考科研单位的实际工作现状和存在的业务困难,形成了具有针对性的工作事务管理、科研项目管理、会议管理、用户管理及消息管理等五大核心功能模块,可充分满足科研单位对日常正式工作、科研项目质量控制等各方面核心工作。通过本文的研究,将使科研单位的工作过程更加简便,促使科研人员的工作水平迈向新台阶,本文所研究的功能模块都与某科研单位息息相关,是在一定需求分析结论下的具体的研究,因此本研究具有很高的实用性。
[Abstract]:At present, computer science and technology is the most important tool of social production and life, and its application value is reflected in many industries. Among them, scientific research is an important driving force for the progress of science and technology in China. For a long time, many scientific research units have made outstanding contributions to the research, and rely on traditional labor methods to achieve corresponding results to varying degrees. But with the progress of society, especially the change of information society, scientific research must be changed. Many cases have proved that the traditional scientific research mode has some disadvantages, such as low research efficiency, poor quality of project, inadequate control of funds, and so on. With the improvement of the quantity and quality of scientific research achievements, it is necessary for scientific research institutions to introduce information technology to carry out the reform of scientific research management. This system takes a provincial scientific research unit in Liaoning Province as the research background. In the scientific research management, the software system of information solution is urgently needed, which is regarded as the catalyst of scientific research to strengthen and standardize the existing scientific research work flow. The research of this system will adopt the B / S structure and SSH architecture to guarantee the technology, which can give full play to the advantages of the B / S structure which is cross-platform, easy to maintain and widely used. However, SSH architecture is the mainstream software architecture model, which is based on Java and other development technologies. It is an important technical achievement of J2EE platform and its performance is excellent in supporting the speed of system development. In order to ensure the high technical level of the system, the necessary quality requirements of the system such as scalability, good management and easy maintenance are also taken into account. In terms of business and function, the system has made full reference to the actual work situation and existing business difficulties of scientific research units, and has formed targeted work affairs management, scientific research project management, conference management, etc. The five core function modules, such as user management and message management, can fully meet the core work of the scientific research units in the daily work, the quality control of scientific research projects, and so on. The research in this paper will make the working process of scientific research units more convenient and promote the level of scientific research personnel to move to a new level. The functional modules studied in this paper are closely related to a scientific research unit. It is a specific study based on the conclusion of demand analysis, so this study has high practicability.
