深圳道路综合信息采集项目工期成本优化

【摘要】:地理信息技术是智慧城市管理中核心支持技术之一,它对智慧城市管理的发展起着非常重要的作用,同时带动了地理信息产业的发展。地理信息产业产值从2012年度的1,944.2亿元增长到2016年度的4,360亿元,增长率122%,预计到2020年度产值将达8,000亿元。地理信息行业应用类产品很多是单个项目类型的工程,而项目类型的工程其盈利状况除了受整体的技术解决方案影响以外,项目的过程管理同样起着至关重要的作用。本文以深圳快速道路综合信息采集项目为背景,重点研究了项目管理中工期成本优化问题,论文的主要工作如下:本文在综述研究背景的基础上,分析了制约深圳快速道路综合信息采集项目成本的三个影响要素即工期、成本和质量;确定的三个影响因素进行第二次细化原因分析,分析得出八个影响因素对项目成本目标构成影响。为了综合评定多目标问题,引入层次分析法理论,而层次分析法是可以解决多目标控制问题,建立相应的成本影响因素定量分析数学模型,综合评定项目工期为关键影响因素;提出并结合CPM关键路径法和计划评审技术确定项目完成的最短工期方法,保障项目工期如期进行,对项目工序进行分解和工序作业时间规划,为优化做好前期工序时间的准备。由于项目管理具有一次性、特定性和影响因素多样性等特点,所以需要对工期成本优化这一研究课题进行约束条件分析,约束条件包括但不限于项目企业资金配套状况、人力资源储备、作业项目的技术路线选择。因为约束条件很多,从则选择项目管理理论对其进行综合分析,结论为技术路线的选择是工期成本优化的重要影响指标。由于它是重要的影响指标,从而制定出多种可供选择方案,分别确定不同方案的工期成本优化方案和优化前后效果的对比。因为企业在项目管理控制中存在的问题需要深入分析,所以运用层次分析法和计划评审技术等理论方法为依据进行定量和定性分析。通过理论数据的测算指导项目进行工期成本优化的实施,企业获得的了一定的经济效益。它指导项目企业或相类似企业在成本管理、进度管理、安全管理和信息管理等方面做好事前控制,项目管理实例研究成果更好地服务社会实践活动。
[Abstract]:Geographical information technology is one of the core support technologies in the management of intelligent cities. It plays a very important role in the development of intelligent city management and promotes the development of geographic information industry. The output value of the geographic information industry increased from 194.42 billion yuan in 2012 to 436 billion yuan in 2016, an increase of 122 yuan, and is expected to reach 800 billion yuan by 2020. Many of the application products in geographic information industry are projects of single project type, and the profitability of project type projects is affected by the overall technical solution, and the process management of projects also plays an important role. Based on the Shenzhen Expressway Comprehensive Information Collection Project, this paper focuses on the optimization of project time cost in project management. The main work of this paper is as follows: on the basis of summarizing the research background, This paper analyzes the three factors that restrict the cost of Shenzhen expressway comprehensive information collection project, that is, time limit, cost and quality, and then analyzes the three factors that affect the cost of Shenzhen expressway comprehensive information collection project for the second time. It is concluded that eight factors affect the cost target of the project. In order to evaluate the multi-objective problem synthetically, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory is introduced, which can solve the multi-objective control problem and establish the mathematical model of quantitative analysis of the cost influencing factors. The comprehensive evaluation of the project duration is the key influencing factor. This paper puts forward and combines the CPM critical path method and the plan review technology to determine the shortest time limit for the completion of the project to ensure that the project duration is carried out on schedule, to decompose the project process and plan the working procedure time, and to prepare for the optimization of the pre-process time. Because the project management has the characteristics of one-off, specificity and diversity of influencing factors, it is necessary to analyze the constraint condition of the research subject of optimization of time and cost, which includes, but is not limited to, the matching condition of project enterprise funds. Human resource reserve, technical route selection of operation project. Because there are many constraints, the project management theory is chosen to analyze it comprehensively. The conclusion is that the choice of technical route is an important influence index for the optimization of construction cost. Because it is an important influence index, a variety of alternative schemes are worked out to determine the duration cost optimization schemes of different schemes and the comparison of the results before and after optimization. Because the problems existing in the project management and control of enterprises need to be deeply analyzed, the quantitative and qualitative analysis is carried out on the basis of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and plan review technology. Through the calculation of theoretical data to guide the implementation of project duration cost optimization, the enterprise obtained certain economic benefits. It instructs project enterprises or similar enterprises to control in advance in cost management, schedule management, safety management and information management. The research results of project management examples serve social practice activities better.
