KT工程设计可研项目进度影响因素层次分析研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的进步、发展和国际竞争的加剧,我国工程公司极为关注如何圆满地完成项目,从而取得优良的社会与经济效益,并实现其健康、平稳和可持续发展。工程项目能否在规定期限内交付建设方使用,将直接影响到项目成本与项目质量。针对矿山工程设计可研项目而言,对其进度影响因素的研究十分迫切。 本论文主要研究工作及成果如下: 1.作者将KT工程设计可研项目分解成三大流程。通过专家访谈和问卷调查等方法统计出了三大流程对应的进度影响因素及其发生概率均值。基于模糊层次分析法计算得出了三大流程及其进度影响因素的权重值。 2.通过专家访谈对可研项目进度影响因素进行客观分析,提出了适用于KT工程设计可研项目的进度管控措施,为KT工程设计可研项目的顺利完成提供了实践指南。 3.基于进度影响因素的发生概率均值、各流程及其进度影响因素的权重值,计算出了Ⅰ级因子(流程)、Ⅱ级因子(进度影响因素)的进度影响风险度。这项工作确定了KT工程设计可研项目进度风险管理的优先顺序及管控重点,为承包方化险为夷提供了价值参考。 本论文站在承包方的角度,以矿山工程设计可研项目为背景,提出了定量化研究可研项目进度影响因素的方法。通过文献调研、专家访谈和模糊层次分析法等方法明确了可研项目进度风险管理的优先顺序及管控措施,为保障项目进度与质量提供了助力。
[Abstract]:With the progress of social economy, the development and the aggravation of international competition, Chinese engineering companies pay great attention to how to complete the project successfully, so as to obtain excellent social and economic benefits, and realize its healthy, steady and sustainable development. Whether the project can be delivered to the constructor within the specified time limit will directly affect the project cost and project quality. It is urgent to study the factors affecting the progress of mine engineering design research projects. The main work and results of this thesis are as follows: 1. The author decomposes the project of KT engineering design into three main processes. Through the methods of expert interview and questionnaire survey, the influencing factors of progress and the average probability of occurrence of the three major processes are calculated. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), the weights of the three major processes and their influencing factors are calculated. 2. Based on the objective analysis of the factors affecting the progress of the project, the paper puts forward the measures of controlling and controlling the progress of the project suitable for KT engineering design and research, which provides a practical guide for the successful completion of the project. 3. Based on the average probability of schedule influencing factors and the weight of each process and its influencing factors, the risk degree of schedule influence is calculated. This work determines the priority and key points of risk management for KT project schedule, and provides a valuable reference for the contractor to overcome the danger. Based on the background of mine engineering design project, this paper puts forward a method to quantitatively study the influencing factors of project schedule from the point of view of contractor. Through literature investigation, expert interviews and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methods, the priority and control measures of risk management of project schedule are defined, which provides a support for ensuring the progress and quality of the project.
