临淄区张皇路二期道路改建工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】：公路建设在提升经济水平、改善人们生活等方面有着非常重要的作用,改革开放以来,我国在公路建设取得了巨大成就。但我国公路建设中还存在很多影响工程质量的问题,路基沉陷、路面平整度差,造成反复修复,未达到设计使用年限便要进行重新建设,这对于人力、物力、财力是一种巨大的浪费,公路建设的质量问题直接关系到人民生命财产安全、国家经济命运和社会稳定。研究如何加强公路改建工程项目的质量管理具有非常重要的现实意义。本文运用项目质量管理的理论和实践研究相结合的研究方法,以临淄区张皇路二期道路改建工程项目为例,主要从七个部分对道路改建项目质量管理进行了研究。第一部分：介绍了本文的研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容及方法和可能的创新点四个方面;第二部分：介绍了公路施工项目质量管理的基本理论、特点、影响因素、原则以及PDCA循环原理、三阶段监控理论和三全监控理论：第三部分：介绍了临淄区张皇路二期道路改建工程项目概况、项目质量管理现状及项目质量管理目前存在的问题及问题根源：第四部分：以全面质量管理理论为指导,结合五大影响因素(4M1E)方法,按时间顺序对临淄区张皇路二期道路改建项目进行分阶段质量策划;第五部分：论述了项目质量控制体系的完善措施,以三阶段控制原理及五大影响因素对临淄区张皇路二期道路改建工程项目进行全过程、全方面质量管理控制：第六部分：提出了临淄区张皇路二期道路改建项目质量管理体系运行的保障措施；第七部分结论,总结全文与不足。以临淄区张皇路二期道路改建工程项目的质量控制为主要研究对象。借助项目质量管理理论,通过理论与实践相结合的方法,对张皇路二期道路改建工程项目的立项背景、质量计划、机构设置及工作分解结构进行分析研究,提出了目前质量管理现状中存在的问题,临淄区张皇路二期道路改建工程项目管理的重点在于质量的管理。提高工程项目质量管理水平,建立合理的组织机构是非常重要的。本文提出以全面质量管理为指导,利用三阶段控制原理,结合影响因素(4MIE)方法,按时间顺序对各阶段的影响因素进行了详细论述,提出了相对应的控制对策。提高道路改建工程项目质量管理水平的保证是项目质量管理体系的良性运作,完善项目质量管理体系,选择优异的施工队伍,动员全员参与质量管理过程,建立奖惩机制等措施从而更好的完成项目质量管理的目标。解决以上问题,对今后的道路改建工程项目质量管理研究有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Highway construction has a very important role in improving the economic level and improving people's life. Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in highway construction. However, there are many problems affecting the quality of the highway construction in our country's highway construction. The subgrade subsidence and the poor roughness of the pavement have caused repeated repair, which has not reached the design service life. It is a huge waste for human, material and financial resources to be rebuilt. The quality of highway construction is directly related to the safety of people's life and property, the national economic fate and social stability. It is of great practical significance to study how to strengthen the quality management of highway reconstruction projects. This paper uses the quality management of the project. The combination of theory and practice research method, taking the two phase road reconstruction project of Zhang Huang Road in Linzi as an example, mainly from seven parts to study the quality management of the road reconstruction project. The first part: introduces the background and significance of the research, the present situation at home and abroad, the research content and method and the possible innovation point four. The second part: the second part: introduces the basic theory of quality management of highway construction projects, characteristics, influence factors, principles and the principle of PDCA cycle, the three stage monitoring theory and the three complete monitoring theory: the third part introduces the general situation of the two phase reconstruction project of Zhang Huang Road in Linzi District, the status of the project quality management and the quality management of the project. The existing problems and the root causes are as follows: the fourth part: guided by the theory of total quality management and combined with the five influential factors (4M1E), the quality planning of the two phase road reconstruction projects of Zhang Huang Road in Linzi district is carried out according to the time sequence. The fifth part is to discuss the improvement measures of the quality control system of the item, with the control of the three stage. The principle and the five influential factors have carried on the whole process to the two phase of the road reconstruction project of Zhang Huang Road in Linzi District, and the whole quality management and control: the sixth part: put forward the guarantee measures for the operation of the quality management system of the two phase of the road reconstruction project of Zhang Huang Road in Linzi district; the seventh part concludes the full text and the insufficiency. The Linzi District Zhang Huang road is two. By means of the theory of project quality management and the method of combining theory with practice, this paper analyzes the background, quality plan, organization setting and work breakdown structure of the two phase road reconstruction project of Zhang Huang Road, and puts forward the current status of quality management. On the problem, the emphasis of the two phase road reconstruction project management in Linzi District Zhang Huang road is the quality management. It is very important to improve the quality management level of the project and establish a reasonable organization. This paper proposes to use the total quality management as the guidance, use the three stage control principle, and combine the influence factor (4MIE) method, according to the time sequence. The influence factors of each stage are discussed in detail, and the corresponding control countermeasures are put forward. The guarantee of improving the quality management level of the road reconstruction project is the benign operation of the project quality management system, the improvement of the project quality management system, the selection of the excellent construction team, the whole staff participation in the quality management process and the establishment of the reward and punishment mechanism. In order to achieve the goal of project quality management better, it is of practical significance to solve the above problems and to study the quality management of road reconstruction projects in the future.
