基于网络计划技术的工程设计项目进度控制研究

【摘要】:从2008年开始,为应对全球金融危机,我国政府制定出台了十大措施以及两年四万亿的刺激经济方案,逐渐拉开了我国有史以来最大规模投资建设的序幕。这给工程设计行业带来了又一次快速发展的机遇,同时也对设计企业提出了更高的要求。如何提高设计项目的管理水平,使资源发挥的更合理,设计成果更优质,设计周期更短,并通过设计项目带动企业发展,培养设计团队,获取市场竞争优势是工程设计企业发展面临的重要课题。本文主要通过对工程设计项目进度控制的研究,根据工程设计项目的特点,归纳、总结出将工程网络计划技术应用于工程设计项目进度控制的方法步骤,分析出工程设计项目进度控制的关键环节和要素。通过研究分析工程设计项目的特点,得出将网络计划技术应用于实际设计项目的具体实施主要步骤为设计工作的分解与界定、设计任务的排序、设计工作任务工期估算、设计工作进度计划制定、设计工作进度控制和设计工作进度计划变更。将网络计划技术在进度控制方面的具体方法与步骤应用于工程设计项目实际案例中,得到一套切实可行的工程设计项目进度控制理论与方法,并从中分析出工程设计项目不同阶段中进度控制的关键环节和要素:即前期阶段的关键环节和要素为组建项目团队、定义项目范围、识别干系人三个方面;设计阶段的关键环节和要素为界定和分解设计任务;具体进度计划的编制和实施两个方面;服务阶段的关键环节和要素为对存在的设计问题及时响应,以及对变更工作进度的有效控制。本文共分六大部分:第一部分讲述了工程设计项目进度控制研究的背景,阐述了本课题研究的主要内容和研究思路;第二部分对工程设计项目的工作内容、工作流程进行分析,归纳总结出将网络计划技术理论应用于工程设计项目的具体方法与实施步骤;第三部分分析总结出工程设计项目进度控制的关键环节和要素;第四部分论述了工程设计项目管理者与项目团队对工程设计项目进度控制的影响;第五部分以天津市秀川路道理、排水工程为例具体介绍了该项目进度控制的具体方法与步骤,同时介绍了该设计项目在项目进度控制过程中的保障措施;最后一章为本文研究的结论。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, in order to cope with the global financial crisis, our government has formulated ten measures and two years of 4 trillion stimulus programs, which has gradually opened the prelude of the largest investment and construction in the history of our country. This brings the engineering design industry another rapid development opportunity, but also puts forward higher requirements to the design enterprises. How to improve the management level of the design project, make the resources more reasonable, the design result more high quality, the design cycle shorter, and through the design project drive the enterprise development, train the design team, It is an important task for engineering design enterprises to gain market competitive advantage. Based on the research of the progress control of the engineering design project and the characteristics of the engineering design project, this paper summarizes the methods and steps of applying the engineering network planning technology to the progress control of the engineering design project. The key links and elements of progress control of engineering design project are analyzed. By studying and analyzing the characteristics of engineering design projects, it is concluded that the main steps of applying network planning technology to actual design projects are the decomposition and definition of design work, the sequencing of design tasks, and the estimation of the duration of design work. Design schedule, design progress control and design schedule changes. The concrete methods and steps of network planning technology in schedule control are applied to the actual cases of engineering design projects, and a set of feasible theory and method of schedule control for engineering design projects are obtained. The key links and elements of progress control in different stages of engineering design projects are analyzed: the key links and elements in the early stage are the formation of project teams, the definition of project scope, and the identification of stakeholders; The key links and elements of the design phase are the definition and decomposition of the design tasks; the preparation and implementation of specific progress plans; the key links and elements of the service phase are the timely response to the existing design problems. And effective control over the schedule of changes. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part describes the background of the progress control research of engineering design projects, the main contents and research ideas of this research, the second part of the work of the engineering design projects, workflow analysis, The concrete methods and implementation steps of applying network planning technology theory to engineering design projects are summarized. The third part analyzes and summarizes the key links and elements of engineering design project schedule control. The fourth part discusses the influence of the project manager and the project team on the progress control of the engineering design project, the fifth part introduces the concrete methods and steps of the project schedule control with the example of Tianjin Xiuchuan Road, drainage engineering. At the same time, the guarantee measures of the design project in the process of project schedule control are introduced, and the last chapter is the conclusion of this paper.
