【摘要】：项目法施工是我国施工企业根据经营战略和内外条件 ,按照项目内在规律 ,通过生产诸要素优化配置和动态管理 ,实现项目合同目标 ,提高工程投资效益和企业综合效益的一种科学管理模式。实践证明 :项目法施工是我国建筑业管理体制的普遍规律 ,是企业转换经营机制的突破点。
[Abstract]:The project method construction is that according to the management strategy and internal and external conditions, according to the inherent law of the project, the construction enterprises in our country optimize the allocation and dynamic management of the production elements to achieve the project contract objectives. A scientific management model to improve the benefit of project investment and the comprehensive benefit of enterprises. The practice proves that the project method construction is the general rule of the construction industry management system in our country and the breakthrough point of the enterprise transformation management mechanism.
