我国房屋建筑项目施工战略管理研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国经济市场化和国际化进程的加快,企业之间的竞争内容越来越多样化,竞争的空间越来越广,竞争也越来越激烈。建筑企业在我国的经济发展中,已经是一种传统性的产业,更是我国的一项支柱性的产业,建筑企业的规模和内容已经有了相当大的转变。 在当前形势下,我国的房屋建筑企业将要承担着很多压力,但是建筑企业要在这个竞争激烈的市场上生存和发展,就必须要有一定的管理模式,建筑企业在市场中如何更好的生存与发展很大程度上要受到这方面的影响。房屋建筑企业的房屋建筑项目施工的管理模式对于提高企业管理水平、促使企业提高凝聚力具有重要作用。 房屋建筑项目施工管理是一个复杂的系统工程,我国的建筑企业与国外的多数房屋建筑企业相比,在项目施工现场管理方面还不够重视。本文就是在此背景下,通过经验分析法和政策模拟法,实证归纳总结出了现阶段我国房屋建筑企业项目施工现场管理的现状,并且发现了可能存在的一系列问题;之后,提出了系统性地改善项目施工战略管理工作的方法;最后,本文还对提出的改善方案进行了效果评估和分析。 鉴于此,本研究在文献资料法、经验分析法以及政策模拟法的基础上,首先,对房屋建筑项目战略管理的相关概念和内涵进行了较为清晰地界定;其次,依据实际工作经验和调研资料,分析和找出房屋建筑项目施工管理的现状以及可能存在的问题,并对其产生的原因进行追踪;最后,在问题导向型思维驱使下,本研究并对项目施工管理中存在的问题进行逐一提出相应对策建议,以期提高房屋建筑项目管理的有效性。 因此,,通过实证分析可以看出:无论是从理论层面还是现实操作层面,我国现阶段的房屋建筑企业的施工现场管理相较于国外仍然存在较大差距,并且在施工项目管理方面认识不足,涉及到的依然很少;通过经验分析和实证检验可以看出,目前建筑施工项目管理中存在的问题主要在项目生产管理、项目商务管理和项目文化管理中,且推进一系列的改善方案是由必要的;针对建筑项目施工中存在的管理问题,本研究也相应地提出了消除生产浪费、标准化进度管理、优化技术以及优化工艺流程等多种改善施工项目中问题的方法;建筑企业的建筑项目施工现场管理仍是一个比较棘手的问题,只有在多方共同参与下,并且建筑企业内部员工共同配合下,才能进行了比较流畅。因此,上述改善对策也需要在各方良好沟通和参与下才能更好的发挥作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of marketization and internationalization of economy in China, the content of competition among enterprises is becoming more and more diversified, the space of competition is becoming wider and wider, and the competition is becoming more and more fierce. Construction enterprises in the economic development of our country, has been a traditional industry, but also a pillar industry in China, the scale and content of the construction enterprises have undergone considerable changes. Under the current situation, the housing construction enterprises in our country will bear a lot of pressure. However, in order to survive and develop in this competitive market, construction enterprises must have a certain management mode. Construction enterprises in the market how to better survive and development to a large extent affected by this aspect. The management mode of the building construction project in the building construction enterprise plays an important role in improving the management level of the enterprise and promoting the cohesion of the enterprise. The construction management of building construction project is a complex system engineering. Compared with most foreign building construction enterprises, the construction enterprises in our country pay less attention to the project construction site management. Under this background, through empirical analysis and policy simulation, this paper summarizes the present situation of construction site management of housing construction enterprises in our country, and finds a series of possible problems. The method of systematically improving the construction strategy management of the project is put forward, and finally, the effect evaluation and analysis of the proposed improvement scheme are carried out. In view of this, this research on the basis of literature, empirical analysis and policy simulation, first of all, the concept and connotation of strategic management of housing construction project is clearly defined; secondly, According to the actual work experience and research data, the paper analyzes and finds out the present situation and possible problems of the construction management of housing construction projects, and tracks the causes of the problems. Finally, driven by problem-oriented thinking, In order to improve the effectiveness of the project management, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions one by one for the problems existing in the project construction management. Therefore, through the empirical analysis, we can see that there is still a big gap between the construction site management of the building construction enterprises in our country and foreign countries, whether from the theory level or the practical operation level. And in the construction project management, the lack of understanding, involving is still very few; through empirical analysis and empirical testing, we can see that the existing problems in the construction project management are mainly in the project production management, It is necessary to promote a series of improvement programs in project business management and project culture management. Optimizing technology and optimizing process flow and other methods to improve the problems in construction projects; construction project construction site management of construction enterprises is still a more difficult problem, only with the participation of many parties, And the construction enterprise staff cooperation, can be more smooth. Therefore, the above improvement measures also need good communication and participation in order to play a better role.
