六西格玛在G公司MX150项目中的应用研究

【摘要】:六西格玛在质量管理方法方面主要是借鉴了全面质量管理的成功经验,对顾客为核心的顾客满意理论、以人为本的现代经济管理理论等也有不同程度的吸纳。同时,六西格玛也是企业对核心竞争力提高的良好办法,更是从本质上解决问题的良好办法。近些年六西格玛质量管理理论在项目管理中的应用日益增加,对于有效实现项目质量管理目标起到了越来越大的作用。本文首先介绍了六西格玛管理和项目管理的相关概念,然后对六西格玛管理方法在项目实施的过程中的各个环节做以详细介绍,为后文的案例分析提供了相关理论基础。最后,以六西格玛项目管理理论在G公司MX150项目的运用为例,研究六西格玛理论的实际运用情况。该部分从六西格玛项目执行体系的建立,项目的选取,六西格玛工具的应用(测量系统分析、失效模式分析、要因图、柏拉图等),最终项目的实施成功,并通过对项目实施前后各项关键绩效指标的对比分析,得出了六西格玛项目管理体系能行之有效地提高现代企业的核心竞争力的结论。笔者试图在理论研究基础之上,通过介绍分析六西格玛体系在G公司MX150项目中的实施情况,搭建六西格玛项目管理体系,明确六西格玛DMAIC方法在具体项目中的应用及步骤,以期能对六西格玛项目管理在国内制造企业的推广和实施有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Six Sigma mainly draws lessons from the successful experience of total quality management in the aspect of quality management, and absorbs the customer satisfaction theory with customer as the core and the modern economic management theory based on people as the core. At the same time, six Sigma is also a good way to improve the core competence of enterprises, but also a good way to solve the problem in essence. In recent years, the application of six Sigma quality management theory in project management is increasing, which plays a more and more important role in the effective realization of project quality management goals. This paper first introduces the related concepts of six Sigma management and project management, and then makes a detailed introduction of each link of six Sigma management methods in the process of project implementation, which provides the relevant theoretical basis for the case study later. Finally, taking the application of six Sigma project management theory in MX150 project of G Company as an example, the practical application of six sigma theory is studied. This part starts with the establishment of the six Sigma project execution system, the selection of the project, the application of the six Sigma tools (measurement system analysis, failure mode analysis, due to diagram, Plato, etc.) and the successful implementation of the project. Through the comparative analysis of the key performance indexes before and after the implementation of the project, the conclusion is drawn that the six Sigma project management system can effectively improve the core competitiveness of modern enterprises. On the basis of theoretical research, the author tries to introduce and analyze the implementation of six Sigma system in G Company's MX150 project, build a six sigma project management system, and clarify the application and steps of six Sigma DMAIC method in specific projects. It can be used for reference in the promotion and implementation of six Sigma project management in domestic manufacturing enterprises.
