央企ZXGA公司社区综合服务项目进度控制研究

【摘要】:项目进度管理作为在一定预算和技术约束条件下如何对项目工期进行安排和控制的管理手段,是项目能否取得成功的关键环节。而随着互联网技术的快速发展,企业经营形态的多样化、项目建设的大型化和复杂化都对项目进度的计划、控制和管理提出了更高的要求,传统的项目进度控制方法已很难满足现实需要,亟需改变。如何提升项目进度管理水平是新常态经济下企业生存和发展面临的重要课题。基于此,本文以项目进度控制为研究对象,在相关理论梳理的基础上,根据项目的实际运行情况分析项目进度控制的问题与不足,对项目的项目进度控制理论和实务进行比较深入地、创新性地研究;并对实施效果进行评估,这些成功经验和管理工具对于我国“互联网+”类型项目的项目进度控制理论的研究具有借鉴意义和参考价值。本文的研究思路是:“概念梳理—理论指导—现状考察—问题剖析—路径改造—效果评价—结论展望”。基于上述思路逻辑,本文首先完成论文的相关概念梳理和理论指导,在对选题背景意义及国内外研究现状的研究基础上,主要阐述了项目进度管理的相关概念及相关理论,项目进度控制的原则、内容和过程,以及工作分解结构(WBS)相关理论概述,为全文研究提供理论支撑;其次,在介绍了项目的整体情况的基础上,分析了该项目在项目进度管理方面的现状,并着重剖析该项目存在的问题,为后文项目进度管理路径改造提供研究思路;再次,对央企ZXGA公司社区综合服务项目进度管理的方案进行优化。主要针对该项目存在的问题,本章重新对该项目进行进度计划编制,具体包括使用工作分解结构(WBS)方法对项目进行分解,使用项目进度报告等工具对项目进度进行重新编制,并确定项目进度计划的编制进行优化,并加强项目进度控制的组织与实施。具体包括项目进度控制的过程优化、使用方法以及保障举措的制定,确保项目进度能够有效的组织和实施;最后,对央企ZXGA公司社区综合服务项目进度管理改造的效果进行评估,主要通过改造前后项目经济效果的情况,进行分析评估项目进度管理方案改造的有效性。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management, as a management method of how to arrange and control the project duration under certain budget and technical constraints, is the key to the success of the project. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the diversification of business forms, the large-scale and complicated construction of the project, the planning, control and management of the project schedule have put forward higher requirements. The traditional method of project schedule control has been difficult to meet the actual needs and needs to be changed. How to improve the level of project schedule management is an important issue for the survival and development of enterprises in the new normal economy. Based on this, this paper takes the project schedule control as the research object, on the basis of combing the relevant theories, according to the actual operation of the project, analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the project schedule control. The theory and practice of project schedule control are studied deeply and innovatively, and the effect of implementation is evaluated. These successful experiences and management tools have reference significance and reference value for the research of project schedule control theory of "Internet" type projects in China. The research idea of this paper is: "Conceptual combing-theoretical guidance-current situation investigation-problem analysis-path transformation-effect evaluation-conclusion outlook". Based on the above thinking logic, this paper firstly completes the related concepts and theoretical guidance of the thesis. On the basis of the research on the background significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad, this paper mainly expounds the related concepts and theories of project schedule management. The principle, content and process of project schedule control, as well as the work breakdown structure (WBSs), provide theoretical support for the whole research. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the overall situation of the project, This paper analyzes the current situation of the project schedule management, and analyzes the existing problems of the project, and provides the research ideas for the future project schedule management path transformation. To the central enterprise ZXGA company community comprehensive service project schedule management plan carries on the optimization. Aiming at the problems existing in the project, this chapter redesigns the progress plan of the project, including decomposing the project by using the method of work breakdown structure (WBS), recompiling the progress of the project using tools such as project progress report, etc. Make sure the project schedule is optimized, and strengthen the organization and implementation of project schedule control. Including the process optimization of project schedule control, usage methods and development of safeguard measures to ensure that the project schedule can be effectively organized and implemented; finally, This paper evaluates the effect of the progress management reform of the community comprehensive service project in ZXGA Company of the Central Enterprise, mainly through the economic effect of the project before and after the transformation, and analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the project schedule management project reform.
