【摘要】:通信行业不仅需要投入大量的资金,而且需要强有力的技术支持。伴随着我国市场经济的不断发展,各行各业的竞争也日趋激烈,通信行业也不例外。我国通信行业多元化经营以及投资增长局面的形成主要由两方面原因:一是国内各大运营商角逐市场,二是国外一些运营商制造企业将逐步进入国内市场。3G牌照的进一步发放将促使我国通信市场的业务、收入、固定资产投资总量进入一个高峰期。相比于制造业等其他行业的生产组织方式而言,通信企业具有自己的行业特点。通信企业以网络建设以及网络服务为核心,以为用户提供通信服务而获利为目的。由于通信市场投资和规模的不断扩大,产生了成千上万的、投资规模超大的、跨地区跨省市的工程建设项目。面对如此众多的工程建设项目,要想达到节约成本并如期完成工程建设项目的目的,采取科学的项目管理方式、方法,合理的项目信息管理系统对管理信息进行管理是最好的选择。因此建立一个科学有效的通信工程项目管理信息系统对通信工程项目高效率、高质量实施具有重要意义。为便于实现对系统的开发与维护,本系统采用MVC三层架构,将系统的模型层、视图层与控制层分离,以达到解耦目的。系统基于Java EE开发平台,数据库服务器采用SQLSERVER2008数据库。全局的统一身份认证采用CAS服务。本文对系统的各个功能模块从需求析到需求建模都是采用软件程思想利用UML建模工具进行建模设计。本课题开发的基于J2EE的湖州市通信产业服务有限公司项目管理系统主要包括如下功能:客商管理功能,包括分包商管理和客户管理;招投标管理功能,包括招标审批、和投标审批;合同管理功能,包括合同档案管理和合同审批管理;工程项目管理功能,包括施工单管理、单项工程管理和工程材料管理;查询统计功能,包括客户查询、分包商查询、供应商查询、建设单位查询、工程查询、项目查询和合同查询;系统管理功能,包括用户管理、机构管理、权限管理、数据备份和数据恢复。
[Abstract]:The communication industry needs not only a large amount of funds but also strong technical support. With the continuous development of the market economy in China, the competition of all walks of life is becoming increasingly fierce, and the communication industry is no exception. The formation of the diversification and investment growth situation in China's communications industry is mainly due to two reasons: first, the big domestic The operators are competing for the market, two is that the further distribution of.3G license in the domestic market will be gradually entered by some foreign operators in foreign countries. The total amount of the business, income and fixed assets investment in the communication market of our country enters a peak period. Compared to the production organization mode of other industries such as manufacturing industry, the communication enterprise has its own industry. The communication enterprise takes the network construction and the network service as the core, and makes the profit for the users to provide the communication service. Because of the expansion of the investment and scale of the communication market, thousands of projects have been produced and the project construction projects across the region and provinces and cities are large in scale of investment. It is the best choice to adopt scientific project management mode, method and reasonable project information management system to manage information. Therefore, establishing a scientific and effective communication engineering project management information system has high efficiency and high quality implementation. In order to facilitate the development and maintenance of the system, the system adopts the MVC three layer architecture, separates the system model layer, view layer and control layer to achieve the purpose of decoupling.
