研发项目组合的战略一致性影响因素实证研究

【摘要】:面对愈发激烈的市场竞争,更多的企业将战略管理和项目管理融合。战略指引企业的发展方向,项目让战略落地。当前,研发活动的载体已由过去的单一项目转变为由多项目组成的项目组合。项目组合管理中,如何实现组合对战略的支持度最大化已成为企业普遍关注的问题。因此,在面临多个RD项目并行的情况下,实现项目组合与战略目标的高度一致已成为企业提高研发绩效的迫切需要。本文首先分析了国内外关于战略一致性影响因素方面的研究现状,指出存在的问题,综述了新产品研发管理理论、项目组合管理理论、研发项目组合与企业战略的关系。其次,采用文献分析和调研访谈相结合的方法,归纳提取了影响研发项目组合与企业战略一致性的8个影响因素,分析了各因素对战略一致性的影响作用和因素间的相互联系,应用结构方程模型构建了研发项目组合的战略一致性影响因素理论模型。最后,设计问卷,选择调查对象,开展实证研究,使用偏最小二乘法进行数据分析。实证研究表明:管理者领导力、项目组合管理绩效、技术动荡性对于战略一致性具有显著影响,同时管理者领导力也积极影响研发项目绩效、项目组合管理绩效和项目中止质量,而项目中止质量、研发项目绩效、企业战略类型及市场动荡性被证实对战略一致性无明显影响。
[Abstract]:In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, more enterprises will integrate strategic management and project management. The strategy guides the enterprise's development direction, the project lets the strategy fall to the ground. At present, the carrier of R & D activities has changed from a single project to a multi-project portfolio. In portfolio management, how to maximize the support of portfolio strategy has become a common concern of enterprises. Therefore, in the face of multiple R & D projects, achieving a high degree of consistency between project portfolio and strategic objectives has become an urgent need for enterprises to improve their R & D performance. This paper first analyzes the current situation of the research on the influencing factors of strategic consistency at home and abroad, points out the existing problems, and summarizes the new product R & D management theory, project portfolio management theory, the relationship between R & D project portfolio and enterprise strategy. Secondly, by using the method of literature analysis and investigation and interview, this paper summarizes and extracts eight influencing factors that affect the strategic consistency of R & D projects and enterprises, and analyzes the influence of each factor on the strategic consistency and the interrelation between the factors. Based on the structural equation model, a theoretical model of the influencing factors of strategic consistency of R & D project portfolio is established. Finally, the questionnaire is designed, the survey object is selected, the empirical research is carried out, and the partial least square method is used to analyze the data. Empirical research shows that: management leadership, portfolio management performance, technology volatility has a significant impact on strategic coherence, and management leadership also positively affects R & D project performance. Portfolio management performance and project termination quality, while project termination quality, R & D project performance, enterprise strategy types and market volatility have been proven to have no significant impact on strategic consistency.
