云南省矿山地质环境综合管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:云南省的地质构造较为复杂,由于其特殊地质,而产生了各类矿物。丰富的矿产资源吸引了各种矿山公司的目光,但是大量的矿物开采使矿山生态环境的污染与破坏变得十分严重,云南省国土资源部门发现了这一严重问题,并且加强了对矿山地质环境的保护与监测治理,但是本部门人力资源与技术有限,无法对矿山地质环境进行细致的管理。因此,云南省国土资急需使用先进的管理方式与技术,设计一套矿山地质环境的综合管理系统,来实现矿山地质环境的电子化操作。本系统的开发将以面向对象的设计思想为基线,使用面向对象的语言Java进行编码。并且结合Struts2、Spring、Hibernate三种框架技术以及MVC设计模式进行系统设计,将系统划分为控制层、模型层、视图层三层,结合三种框架技术的特点对专门层次进行控制。另外,本系统选择关系型数据库SQL SERVER2012进行数据库设计,此数据库可以灵活的对数据进行管理与分析,并且伸缩性较强,方便系统数据操作。根据云南省矿山地质环境的基本管理、治理与保护等需要,对系统整体功能进行层次划分,主要分为矿山地质环境基本信息管理、矿山地质环境监测管理、矿山地质环境保护与综合治理、矿山地质环境保证金管理、矿山地质环境治理项目管理、矿山地质环境综合报表管理六项子功能。用户可以对矿山基本信息与概况进行增删改的维护;可以对矿山进行地面塌陷、崩塌滑坡、泥石流、地裂缝、地面沉降、地下水六方面的监测;可以对矿山治理方案进行管理,进行治理实施与验收操作;可以管理保证金的核实、缴存、提取、返还四种信息;还可以对治理项目进行维护与验收,管理环境监测与保护产生的报表信息。此矿山地质环境综合管理系统在云南省国土资源部门投入使用后,对矿山地质环境相关的基本信息、监测信息、治理信息、保护信息等各方面信息进行了统一的管理,实现了本省对矿山地质环境从监测到保护治理的一体化,有效的避免了矿山地质环境破坏而造成的经济损失与人员损伤。
[Abstract]:The geological structure of Yunnan Province is more complex, because of its special geology, produced various kinds of minerals. Rich mineral resources have attracted the attention of various mining companies, but a large number of mineral mining has made the mine ecological environment pollution and damage become very serious, Yunnan Province Land and Resources Department found this serious problem. The protection and monitoring of mine geological environment have been strengthened, but the human resources and technology of this department are limited, so it is impossible to manage the mine geological environment meticulously. Therefore, the land and capital of Yunnan Province need to use advanced management methods and techniques to design a comprehensive management system of mine geological environment to realize the electronic operation of mine geological environment. The development of the system will be based on the object-oriented design idea, using the object-oriented language Java to code. Combined with Struts2Spring hibernate and MVC design pattern, the system is divided into three layers: control layer, model layer and view layer. Combined with the characteristics of the three framework technologies, the special level is controlled. In addition, this system chooses the relational database SQL SERVER2012 to carry on the database design, this database can carry on the management and the analysis flexibly to the data, and the scalability is strong, facilitates the system data operation. According to the needs of the basic management, treatment and protection of the mine geological environment in Yunnan Province, the overall functions of the system are divided into three parts: the basic information management of the mine geological environment, the monitoring and management of the mine geological environment. Mine geological environment protection and comprehensive management, mine geological environment deposit management, mine geological environment management project management, mine geological environment comprehensive report management six sub-functions. Users can maintain the basic information and general situation of mines; they can monitor mines in six aspects: ground collapse, landslide, debris flow, ground fissures, land subsidence and groundwater; and they can manage the mine management scheme. Management implementation and acceptance operation; can manage the verification of the deposit, extraction, return four kinds of information; can also be the governance project maintenance and acceptance, management of environmental monitoring and protection of the report information generated. After the comprehensive management system of mine geological environment has been put into use in the department of land and resources of Yunnan Province, the basic information related to mine geological environment, monitoring information, management information, protection information and other information have been uniformly managed. It realizes the integration of mine geological environment from monitoring to protection and management, and effectively avoids the economic loss and personnel damage caused by mine geological environment damage.
