【摘要】：正科研项目信息化管理现状分析科学研究是科研院主营业务之一,提高科研项目管理水平和效率,对科研院科技发展水平的提高,具有重要的意义。为了进一步完善科研院科研项目管理,规范相关工作流程,强化执行力度,需加强科研项目信息的整合和业务流程的信息化支持,推进科研综合管理系统的建设和应用,主要解决以下问题:项目信息化管理的业务覆盖度不够,流程固化率不高;业务部门之间的业务数据交换不充分,业务

It is of great significance to improve the level and efficiency of scientific research project management.
