基于Ajax技术的招商项目及追溯管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着我国信息化进程的推进，政府、企业、个人对于信息化的需求越来越高，网络已然成为社会发展不可获取的重要元素，基于网络环境的各类信息化应用在我国生产、经营、管理等方面发挥着重要的作用，，我国是农业大国，农业的发展关乎人们的温饱问题，长期以来我国乡、镇地区对于农业项目的在招商引资上的投入都有增无减，通过招商引资发展农村经济政策的制定也将是我国长期以来的基本国策之一，而社会主义新农村的构建更离不开信息化建设的开展。招商项目的开展需要投入大量的人力、物力和财力，随着招商项目的日益增多及项目合作形式的多样化，农村现有的人力资源等工作条件已经在一定程度上阻碍了招商引资项目的发展，长期以往将导致农村经济的滞后，而信息化技术早在多年以前就已经逐渐渗透到农村，网络对于乡镇政府及企业而言已经不是什么新鲜事，因此，关于招商项目的管理过程，通过信息化手段及平台辅助乡镇提高其管理水平和办公效率是其经济建设的重中之重。本课题的提出以作者所在东北某乡镇地区关于招商引资项目的信息化管理工作为出发点，从项目的立项、计划、实施到验收可进行贯穿全程的指导、管理和跟踪，尤其是本系统提供的追溯管理模块可实现针对项目管理工作的各阶段追溯操作，保证了招商项目管理过程有章可寻、责全明确。本系统将采用基于B/S结构的J2EE平台、Ajax技术进行开发，应用SqlServer数据库进行数据存储，系统在对于多个文件并行上传操作采用Ajax技术可实现多线程的文件数据异步传输，系统的文本编辑基于Ajax框架完成，系统的访问权限采用了拦截技术实现，这对系统的整体性能和功能将有很大的提高。本文共划分了六个主要章节进行论述，按照先理论后实践，先技术后框架的原则诠释了基于软件工程理论的开发标准和系统的实现过程，特别详细介绍了需求分析、系统设计和系统实现几个部分。本系统的研究将对乡镇商贸部门的招商工作起到长足的促进作用。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the informatization process in our country, the government, enterprises and individuals have higher and higher demand for informatization. The network has become an important element that cannot be obtained in the social development. All kinds of informatization applications based on the network environment have been produced and managed in our country. Management and other aspects play an important role, China is a large agricultural country, the development of agriculture is related to the issue of food and clothing for people. It will also be one of the basic national policies of our country to develop rural economy policy by attracting investment, and the construction of new socialist countryside can not be separated from the development of information construction. Investment projects need to invest a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources, with the increasing number of investment projects and the diversification of project cooperation forms, The existing human resources and other working conditions in rural areas have hindered the development of investment attracting projects to a certain extent, which will lead to the lagging of rural economy in the long term, and the information technology has gradually penetrated into the rural areas as early as many years ago. The network has become nothing new to township governments and enterprises. Therefore, the management process of investment promotion projects, Improving the management level and office efficiency of villages and towns through information means and platforms is the most important part of their economic construction. From the project establishment, planning, implementation to acceptance can be carried out throughout the guidance, management and tracking, especially the system provides the traceability management module to achieve the project management of the various stages of traceability operations, To ensure that the investment project management process can be found, the responsibility is clear. This system will adopt J2EE platform Ajax technology based on B / S structure to carry on the development, use SQL Server database to carry on the data storage, the system can realize the multithread file data asynchronous transmission with the Ajax technology for the multiple file parallel upload operation. The text editing of the system is completed on the basis of Ajax framework, and the access rights of the system are implemented by intercepting technology, which will greatly improve the overall performance and function of the system. According to the principle of "first theory then practice, first technology then frame", this paper interprets the development standard based on software engineering theory and the realization process of the system, especially introduces the requirements analysis, system design and system implementation in detail. The research of this system will play a significant role in promoting the business promotion work of the township trade department.
