对外分包设计项目的管理

【摘要】：介绍了对外分包设计项目中项目管理的经验教训 ,如管理工作如何制度化、规范化 ;如何对项目进行细化分解从而加强进度的检测 ;在专业管理方面 ,对版次设计的质量、人工时和计划如何控制 ;按国际惯例进行项目管理时碰到的问题及解决办法等。为更好完成对外分包设计项目工作 ,应在专业设置上与国际接轨 ,不宜分得太细 ;提高设计负责人的英语水平 ,熟悉对口专业的英文原版标准 ;强化项目负责人的专业管理意识和设计人员的经济观念
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the experiences and lessons of project management in external subcontracting design projects, such as how to institutionalize and standardize the management work, how to refine and decompose the project to strengthen the inspection of progress, and how to manage the project professionally. How to control the quality of release design, manual time and plan, problems encountered in project management in accordance with international practice and solutions. In order to complete the work of the foreign subcontract design project, we should be in line with the international standards in the professional setting, should not be divided too carefully, improve the English level of the person in charge of the design, and be familiar with the English original standard of the counterpart specialty.
