冶金矿山安全管理项目化初探

【摘要】：安全管理始终是矿山管理的头等大事。实行矿山安全管理项目化具有可操作性,在矿山生产实践中已获得显著成效,是一种较好的矿山安全管理模式。文中详述了安全管理项目化的重要性、内涵和操作方式,以及实施效果。建议矿山管理者提高对项目管理的认识,倡导并实践项目化安全管理模式,抓好矿山安全生产工作。
[Abstract]:Safety management is always the top priority of mine management. The implementation of mine safety management project is operable and has achieved remarkable results in mine production practice. It is a better mine safety management mode. In this paper, the importance, connotation, operation mode and implementation effect of safety management project are described in detail. It is suggested that mine managers should improve their understanding of project management, advocate and practice the mode of project safety management, and do a good job in mine safety production.
