华农公司研发项目管理体系优化研究

【摘要】:随着高新科学技术在农业生产中的发展,国际设施农业的不断引进,农业企业的产品和技术的研发能力越来越被市场所重视。企业只有不断的进行科技创新,才可以提高自己的核心竞争力,实现可持续发展。近些年,国内越来越多的企业由原来的引进国外的技术和产品逐渐走向了自主研发。但是,目前传统的研发项目管理已经不能满足企业发展的需求,亟待建立一种以市场为导向,高效率、高收益的研发项目管理模式,从而降低研发成本的投入,缩短研发周期,提高新产品的质量,提升客户的满意程度。本文以华农公司研发项目管理体系为研究对象,通过对华农公司的研发项目管理存在问题的分析,利用“集成产品开发(Integrated Product Development,IPD)”的管理方法,对华农公司的研发管理流程和研发项目组组织结构进行优化设计。首先,本文系统的阐述了华农公司当前研发管理体系的现状。结合研发管理理论成果,通过对华农公司研发项目管理体系的系统分析,发现华农存在着研发流程不健全,和组织结构不完善的问题。研发周期、产品质量和研发成本都处在失控状态,产品上市的成功率非常低。研发事业部不但没有及时为公司带来经济效益,反而给公司财务带来了严重的负担。其次,针对华农研发项目管理体系中存在的研发流程和组织结构的问题,本文通过应用集成产品开发管理(IPD)方法,对华农公司研发管理体系中的研发流程和组织结构进行优化设计。建立全流程、全要素的研发流程和健全的组织结构应对复杂的研发项目。最后,通过对优化后的华农研发管理体系进行分析,证明在应用IPD方法后,华农公司的研发周期、研发成本、研发成功率较之前都有了显著的改善。本文的研究结果,有助于为华农公司研发项目管理体系提出有意义的解决方案和指导,有利于华农研发项目管理水平的提高和改善。
[Abstract]:With the development of high and new science and technology in agricultural production and the continuous introduction of international facilities and agriculture, the research and development ability of the products and technologies of agricultural enterprises is becoming more and more important in the market. Only by continuous scientific and technological innovation, enterprises can improve their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. In recent years, more and more enterprises in China have been able to achieve sustainable development. However, the traditional R & D project management has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the enterprise, and it is urgent to establish a model of R & D project management based on the market oriented, high efficiency and high yield, thus reducing the investment of R & D cost, shortening the R & D cycle and improving the new production. Based on the analysis of the problems in the management of the R & D project management of the Chinese agricultural company and the management method of "Integrated Product Development (IPD)", the research and development management process and research and development project of the Chinese agricultural company are carried out in this paper. First, this paper systematically expounds the current situation of the research and development management system of agricultural company. Combining with the achievements of R & D management theory, through the systematic analysis of the management system of the research and development project of the Chinese agricultural company, it is found that there is a problem of imperfect R & D process and imperfect structure of the organization structure. Both the quality and the R & D cost are in a state of control, the success rate of the product listing is very low. The R & D department not only does not bring economic benefits to the company in time, but has brought serious financial burden to the company. Secondly, this paper aims at the problems of R & D flow and organization structure in the management system of agricultural research and development project in China, through the application set. The product development management (IPD) method is used to optimize the R & D process and organization structure in the research and development management system of the Chinese agricultural company. The whole process, the whole factor R & D process and the sound organizational structure should be used to deal with the complex R & D projects. Finally, the application of the IPD method is proved through the analysis of the optimized management system of agricultural research and development. After that, the R & D cycle, R & D cost and R & D success rate of the company have been improved significantly. The results of this paper will help to put forward some meaningful solutions and guidance for the project management system of the agricultural company, which is beneficial to the improvement and improvement of the management level of the research and development projects in China.
