基于PHP技术的才知集团办公自动化系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着信息化技术与网络技术的稳步快速发展,企业为了增强自身的软实力,提高办公人员工作效率、增强企业管理能力、提升企业员工素质,必须加强企业自身的信息化管理系统建设,而企业进行组织协调与办公是信息化系统的核心。企业办公自动化简称OA,它作为一种将现代化办公与计算机网络技术融为一体的新型办公模式,在我国国家行政部门、企业均得到广泛应用。OA办公自动化系统是以网络技术为基础,以信息化技术为主导,将企业常规化管理纳入信息化管理并充分发挥最大优势,以此来提升工作质量与效率。有助于企业管理层进行决策与进行战略分析,加快企业快速化、规范化、流程化,有效提升办公质量。OA系统作为信息化技术发展的产物,具有独特的生命力和广泛应用性。利用软件工程技术可实现企业内部人员随时随地进行协调办公,让信息能够更加快捷便利的进行交互和传递,极大的提升企业办公效率。澳门才知集团成立于1999年,是以文化综合体开发和经营为核心的集团公司。对于集团进行综合化管理,传统的模式无法适应集团公司的发展需求,根据现有情况对以往OA系统的分析,本研究课题在之前OA系统的基础之上进行功能扩展,实现全方位管理,从而满足集团内部不同用户、不同部门、不同领导层的需求。本系统是基于PHP技术与My SQL数据库实现的OA办公系统,系统重点从公共事务、人力资源、CRM管理、系统管理、培训管理、协同项目管理、系统报表管理、在线考试等八大模块进行需求分析、设计、及实现,具有较高的实用价值。同时系统增设站内信提醒、手机短信提醒,有利于提升工作效率,在安全方面采用IP限制访问、密码强度设置、及USB密钥方式防止外部非法用户登录,有效的提高了系统的安全,也是本研究课题的一次创新。
[Abstract]:With the steady and rapid development of information technology and network technology, in order to enhance their own soft power, improve the efficiency of office staff, enhance the management ability of enterprises, improve the quality of enterprise employees, It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the enterprise's own information management system, and the core of the information system is the organization coordination and office work of the enterprise. As a new office mode which integrates modern office technology and computer network technology, the enterprise office automation is referred to as OAA, which is in the national administrative department of our country. The OA office automation system is based on the network technology and information technology. It brings the regular management into the information management and gives full play to the greatest advantage to improve the quality and efficiency of the work. It is helpful for enterprise management to make decision and strategic analysis, to speed up the rapid development, standardization and flow of enterprises, and to effectively improve the office quality. OA system, as a product of the development of information technology, has unique vitality and wide application. The use of software engineering technology can achieve the coordination of internal staff anytime, anywhere, so that the information can be more quickly and conveniently interactive and transfer, and greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise office. Founded in 1999, the Macau Group is a cultural complex development and management as the core of the group company. For the integrated management of the group, the traditional mode can not meet the needs of the development of the group. According to the existing situation of the past OA system analysis, this research topic on the basis of the previous OA system for functional expansion, Achieve full-level management to meet the needs of different users, departments and leaders within the group. This system is an OA office system based on PHP technology and my SQL database. The system focuses on public affairs, human resources CRM management, system management, training management, collaborative project management, system report management, etc. Online examination and other eight modules for demand analysis, design, and implementation, has a higher practical value. At the same time, the system adds in-station message reminders and SMS reminders, which is conducive to improving the working efficiency, using IP restricted access, password strength setting, and USB key to prevent outside illegal users from logging on in the security aspect. Effectively improve the security of the system, but also the subject of this research innovation.
