穗域网络公司外包项目问题追踪系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：穗域网络公司是以提供互联网应用服务为主的公司,拥有一定的互联网应用软件开发能力、服务器运维能力和众多的境外服务器资源,公司主要是承包客户外包出来的互联网应用软件开发和运维服务项目,在项目实施过程中,该公司遇到很多项目问题,由于客户多,项目种类多,参与人员多,协作多等原因,如果不及时追踪和解决问题,将会给公司和客户带来纠纷,还会严重影响各部门协作和运营,降低工作效率,给公司经济和声誉造成严重损失。在传统的项目实施过程中,解决项目问题的过程无法得到有效的追踪管理,现今信息技术飞跃进步,各个行业都在快速推进信息化进程。企业的信息化正在成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,利用信息化技术,改善和再造业务流程,实现高效项目问题解决过程追踪管理系统,对穗域网络公司的发展有深远的促进作用。论文介绍了穗域公司外包项目问题追踪系统的研究背景、项目意义和目前的研究与应用现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作；在业务分析中,论文对系统存在的问题、组织机构、原有业务流程等进行了分析,给出了改造后的业务流程；在功能分析中,论文通过用例分析和用例描述,明确了系统的功能,给出了系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图,包括基础资源管理、问题管理、文档管理、站内信管理、日志查看、统计等子包图；在数据分析中,论文对系统各功能的所需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出了实体类关系图,建立了数据库表结构；论文最后对所做的研究与分析工作进行了总结,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou area Network Company is a company that mainly provides Internet application services. It has the capability of developing Internet application software, the ability of server operation and maintenance, and a large number of overseas server resources. The company mainly contracts the project of Internet application software development and operation and maintenance service outsourced by customers. During the implementation of the project, the company encountered many project problems, because of the large number of customers, the variety of projects, the number of participants, the cooperation and so on. If the problem is not followed up and solved in time, it will bring disputes to the company and customers, and will seriously affect the cooperation and operation of various departments, reduce the efficiency of work, and cause serious losses to the company's economy and reputation. In the traditional process of project implementation, the process of solving project problems can not be effectively tracked and managed. Nowadays, information technology is advancing rapidly, and various industries are advancing the information process rapidly. The informationization of enterprises is becoming an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. By using information technology, we can improve and reengineer the business process, and realize an efficient project problem solving process tracking management system. To the development of Guangzhou domain network company has the profound promotion function. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of Guangzhou Corporation Outsourcing Project tracking system, clarifies the content and main work of the thesis, and analyzes the problems existing in the system in business analysis. The organization, the original business process and so on are analyzed, and the revamped business process is given. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description. The general function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including basic resource management, problem management, document management, in-station information management, log view, statistics and so on. This paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, establishes the database table structure, and summarizes the research and analysis work done at the end of the paper. The future work is prospected.
