项目风险管理能力对关系绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：“按项目进行管理”作为企业管理的新模式,近年来取得了突飞猛进的发展。我国的大批传统作业型企业也正在向项目型组织转变,然后快速转变中附带的一系列组织内部或外部的风险管理问题,使其项目管理的关系绩效一直无法得到有效的保证。因此,如何提升风险管理能力,从而有效地改善和提高关系绩效,成为越来越受各界所关注的问题。本研究首先回顾了项目风险管理的概念及其相关理论,通过对国内外文献综述的梳理,总结了项目风险的分类方式和项目风险管理的基本框架。在此基础之上,通过理论逻辑分析和实证研究,本研究从风险来源的角度出发将项目的风险管理能力分为内外两个方面,并提出了风险管理能力的五个维度,即社会风险管理能力、自然风险管理能力、进度风险管理能力、质量风险管理能力和成本风险管理能力。然后,本研究基于对项目管理绩效的内涵及其评价相关研究的总结分析,提出了关系绩效的测量指标,即项目团队的满意度、业主的满意度和项目创新。由此,本研究基于文献归纳和理论演绎,提出了项目风险管理能力对项目管理的关系绩效影响的概念模型和相关假设,并通过问卷调查和数据统计,运用结构方程模型的方法,对相关量表的信度和效度以及研究假设进行了检验,揭示了项目风险管理能力的不同维度对关系绩效的影响关系。最后,结合实证研究的结论,本研究对企业在实施项目管理的过程中通过提升风险管理能力改善项目管理关系绩效的途径提出了相关建议,并针对本研究的局限和不足提出了对进一步研究方向的展望。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of enterprise management, Project Management has made great progress in recent years. A large number of traditional activity-based enterprises in our country are also changing to project-based organizations, and then a series of internal or external risk management problems are attached to the rapid transformation, which makes the relational performance of project management unable to be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, how to improve the ability of risk management and effectively improve the relationship performance has become more and more concerned by all walks of life. This study first reviews the concept of project risk management and its related theories, summarizes the classification of project risk and the basic framework of project risk management by combing the literature at home and abroad. On this basis, through theoretical logic analysis and empirical research, this study divides the risk management ability of the project into internal and external two aspects from the point of view of risk source, and puts forward five dimensions of risk management ability. That is, social risk management, natural risk management, schedule risk management, quality risk management and cost risk management. Then, based on the summary and analysis of the connotation and evaluation of project management performance, the paper puts forward the measurement index of relational performance, that is, the satisfaction of project team, the satisfaction of owner and the innovation of project. Therefore, based on the literature induction and theoretical deduction, this study puts forward the conceptual model and related assumptions of the impact of project risk management capability on project management performance. Through questionnaire survey and data statistics, the paper uses the structural equation model method. The reliability and validity of the relevant scales and the research hypotheses are tested to reveal the relationship between the different dimensions of project risk management ability and relationship performance. Finally, combined with the conclusions of the empirical study, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the performance of the project management relationship by improving the risk management ability in the process of implementing project management. In view of the limitations and shortcomings of this study, the prospect of further research direction is put forward.
