【摘要】：在当前建筑领域,建筑设计是建筑项目实施的关键环节,影响项目投资的关键阶段是设计阶段,只有很好地完成设计质管理,才能真正地发挥项目的效益。国内多数工程设计阶段的问题在于未能及时对设计质量进行严格把关,造成施工过程中出现种种问题,再纠正错误已经为时已晚或需付出高昂代价。为解决这个问题,只有把设计质量管理应用到工程管理中来,通过有效的设计策划组织“一组将输入转化为输出的相互影响的活动”,结合事前、事中、事后控制,将活动和资源分成具体环节进行科学管理以实现预期结果。在目前查阅到的国内外书籍中,对建筑工程设计质量过程管理与控制进行专题探讨的内容普遍不多,但本项工作的重要性不言而喻,在今后的工作和研究中将继续深入,不断扩充。本文旨在对A项目的工程设计中,通过质量管理和过程控制的研究,从质量计划、质量保证、质量控制等方面,运用项目管理的工具和方法,探讨当前国内设计企业对质量把关的具体情况和问题分析,通过借鉴国内外同行的先进经验,研究解决对策和工作建议,运用ISO9000标准以质量体系作为指引和参考,对建筑设计的全过程进行监督管理,对各分项目和各环节的质量保证和质量控制过程进行分析,制定质量管理目标策划及设计过程质量监控过程,把质量管理始终贯穿于设计准备、方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计和设计实施等环节中,并依据本人实践工作中的案例进行分析,探讨质量管理各要素在项目设计过程中起到的作用和影响,系统研究建筑设计项目管理过程中的质量管理方法。
[Abstract]:In the current architectural field, architectural design is the key link in the implementation of construction projects, and the key stage affecting project investment is the design phase. Only when the design quality management is well completed, can the benefit of the project be truly brought into play. The problem in most domestic engineering design stages lies in the failure to strictly check the design quality in time, resulting in various problems in the construction process, and it is already too late to correct the mistakes or have to pay a high price. In order to solve this problem, we must apply design quality management to project management, organize "a group of interactive activities that convert input to output" through effective design planning, and combine with prior, in-process, and post-event control. Divide activities and resources into specific areas and manage them scientifically to achieve the desired results. In the books at home and abroad, there is not much to discuss the process management and control of the quality of architectural engineering design, but the importance of this work is self-evident, and will continue to be in-depth in the future work and research. Keep expanding. The purpose of this paper is to apply the tools and methods of project management in the engineering design of project A from the aspects of quality planning, quality assurance and quality control through the research of quality management and process control. This paper probes into the concrete situation and problem analysis of quality control in domestic design enterprises at present, through drawing lessons from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign counterparts, studying and solving countermeasures and working suggestions, and using ISO9000 standard as the guide and reference to the quality system. Supervision and management of the whole process of architectural design, analysis of quality assurance and quality control process of each sub-project and each link, formulation of quality management target planning and quality monitoring process of design process, Quality management will always run through the design preparation, scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and design implementation and other links, and according to my practical work case analysis, This paper probes into the function and influence of various elements of quality management in the process of project design, and systematically studies the methods of quality management in the course of project management of architectural design.
