基于项目管理的应用型本科人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：应用型本科人才培养模式是近年来我国高等教育中兴起的一种新的人才培养模式,此模式适应社会发展对高等教育要求。该模式在学生、家长、教师或是企业得到了广泛认可。作者因工作缘故,一直的对如何建设该模式的进行着不断研究和探索,培养高素质、能力强、零适应期的高素质人才,满足企业发展对人才的需求,实现与企业的深层次合作,努力获得学校、企业、学生三方满意的实效,培养更多适应社会发展的人才。现如今,一直实行的传统的人才培养模式在学生实习或踏上工作岗位后存在诸多不可忽视的问题,比如:不健全的管理方法和运行机制,所学理论与实际工作脱节等一系列的问题,这都直接影响人才培养的质量,所以本文致力于研究利用项目管理的知识管理与改革应用型本科人才培养模式的确具有重要的现实意义。本文首先分析现如今应用型本科人才培养模式研究的现状,尝试将项目管理的理念与理论融入到目前应用型本科人才培养工作中来。然后,通过调研明确项目所面临的各类实际问题,并提出相应的解决方案:科学定位人才培养目标;总揽全局做好整个项目的宏观调控;利用契约关系加以约束三方行为,明确各方利益,从而调动积极性,统一目标和方向;科学组建团队,统筹规划,合理控制;并做好团队组织激励,提高人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the applied undergraduate talent training model is a new kind of talent training mode in higher education of our country, which adapts the social development to the higher education request. This model has been widely accepted by students, parents, teachers or enterprises. As a result of his work, the author has been constantly studying and exploring how to build this model, cultivating high-quality talents with high quality, strong ability and zero adaptation period, meeting the needs of enterprise development for talents, and realizing the deep cooperation with enterprises. Strive to achieve satisfactory results of schools, enterprises and students, and train more talents to adapt to social development. Nowadays, the traditional talent training model, which has been practiced all along, has many problems that can not be ignored after the students practice or set foot on the job, such as imperfect management methods and operation mechanism. A series of problems, such as the disconnection between the theory learned and the actual work, have a direct impact on the quality of personnel training. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the knowledge management of project management and to reform the mode of cultivating applied undergraduate talents. This paper first analyzes the present situation of the research of applied undergraduate talents training mode, and attempts to integrate the concept and theory of project management into the current applied undergraduate talent training work. Then, through the investigation and research, the various kinds of practical problems faced by the project are clarified, and the corresponding solutions are put forward: scientific orientation of talent training objectives, overall control of the whole project, use of contractual relations to restrain the tripartite behavior, Make clear the interests of all parties, so as to arouse enthusiasm, unify goal and direction; set up a team scientifically, plan as a whole, control reasonably; and do a good job of team organization and motivation to improve the quality of personnel training.
