高校财务预算与数据分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：在高等院校中,随着学科的不断增多和日趋完善,学校的发展和建设规模越来越大,与之伴随的财务信息越来越复杂化,越来越规模化,积累了相当丰富的财务数据,如工资管理,学生财务,教材财务,报名财务等数据。高校的财务信息化工作从以前的会计电算化逐渐演变到现在的信息管理系统,使得财务信息处理速度越来越快,同时还要更好的解决财务收支问题,使得高校财务预算与数据分析系统能够高效处理,而要实现这种高效的处理问题的方式,必然趋向财务数据分析系统,然而数据库是财务预算与数据分析系统的核心。该文根据高校的特点,设计了财务预算与数据分析系统。系统通过在某高校的实际应用,取得了良好效果。本系统根据高校财务预算与数据分析相关业务的需求,采用SSH框架、MVC设计模式设计开发了系统的财务数据分析模块、财务预算管理模块、财务项目管理模块、财务收支分析模块和查询分析模块等。要解决高校的财务管理问题需要从很多方面入手,其中数据库的建设是其中一种重要手段,通过建立数据库,可以实现在发现财务管理问题时,快速找到相关数据,然后迅速解决此问题的方法,据此能够快速高效的的解决财务问题。同时,能够节省大量的时间,因此建立数据库意义重大。但建设数据库并不简单,尽管我国许多高校都进行了高校财务预算与数据分析系统建设的尝试,但效果并没有达到预期,即使某些系统已设计并运行数年,但总体来说,基于数据库高校财务预算与数据分析系统的建设工作仍处于探索阶段,仍然存在许多问题等待去解决或完善。
[Abstract]:In colleges and universities, with the increasing and perfecting of disciplines, the scale of development and construction of the school is becoming larger and larger, the accompanying financial information is becoming more and more complicated, more and more large-scale, and has accumulated quite abundant financial data. Such as salary management, student finance, textbook finance, registration and other financial data. The work of financial information in colleges and universities has evolved from the former computerization of accounting to the present information management system, which makes the processing of financial information faster and faster. At the same time, it also needs to better solve the problem of financial income and expenditure. The financial budget and data analysis system of colleges and universities can deal with the problem efficiently, but the realization of this efficient way of dealing with the problem is bound to tend to the financial data analysis system. However, the database is the core of the financial budget and data analysis system. According to the characteristics of colleges and universities, this paper designs a financial budget and data analysis system. Through the practical application of the system in a university, good results have been achieved. According to the requirements of the financial budget and data analysis related business in colleges and universities, this system has designed and developed the financial data analysis module, the financial budget management module and the financial project management module by using SSH framework and MVC design pattern. Financial revenue and expenditure analysis module and query analysis module. In order to solve the problems of financial management in colleges and universities, we need to start from many aspects, among which the construction of database is one of the important means. By establishing the database, we can quickly find the relevant data when we discover the problems of financial management. Then solve this problem quickly, according to this can solve the financial problem quickly and efficiently. At the same time, can save a lot of time, so the establishment of a database is significant. But building database is not simple. Although many colleges and universities in our country have tried to build financial budget and data analysis system, the effect is not up to expectations, even though some systems have been designed and run for several years, but generally speaking, The construction of university financial budget and data analysis system based on database is still in the exploratory stage, and there are still many problems waiting to be solved or perfected.
