开平一中实验教学管理信息系统的研究与分析

【摘要】:本课题通过对开平市第一中学现有的计算机实验室进行务实详细的业务分析、功能分析以及数据分析,结合笔者多年管理计算机实践教学以及管理实验室的经验,设计了一套针对重点高中并兼有决策性功能的的实验教学管理信息系统。开平一中实验教学信息系统总共分为七大功能模块,分别是实验项目管理(Experimental Project Management)、实验课表管理(Experimental Curriculum Management)、实验预约管理(Experiment Booking Management)、实验成绩管理(Experimental Performance Management)、实验教学评价(Experiment Teaching Evaluation)、设备管理(Equipmentt Management)和系统管理(System Management),满足了实际工作的信息化需要,提高了工作方面的效率,对教学资源进行了优化,同时也加强了学生的实际操作能力。 本文给出了开平一中实验教学管理信息系统的研究意义及其研究背景,并且对目前同类系统的研究与应用现状也做出了陈述,明确了本文需要研究的内容和需要进行的重点工作;在对系统的业务分析中,本文详细分析了系统问题的所在,并对原有业务流程以泳道图进行简明的分析,进而得出了系统改造后的业务流程;在对系统的功能分析中,本文通过对系统的七大功能模块进行用例分析和用例描述,对系统需要具备的主要功能有了清晰的蓝图,并列出了相应的总体功能包图及其子功能包图,其中子功能包图包括以下七个子包图:实验项目管理包图、实验课表管理包图、实验预约管理包图、实验成绩管理包图、实验教学评价包图、设备管理包图、系统管理包图;对于系统的数据分析,本文主要分析了系统所有功能必须要处理的数据,建立了数据库表结构,并画出了对应的七大功能的缩略图、系统总概念图、实体类关系图等。本文最后总结了所做的系统的研究与分析工作,并对系统投入实际工作中进行展望。

In the business analysis of the system, the problems of the system are analyzed in detail, and the original business process is analyzed with the swimming lane diagram. In the function analysis of the system, through the use case analysis and use case description of the seven functional modules of the system, there is a clear blueprint for the main functions of the system. The corresponding general function package diagram and its sub-function package diagram are listed. The sub-function package diagram includes the following seven sub-package diagrams: the experimental project management package, the experimental course table management package, the experimental reservation management package, the experimental score management package. Experimental teaching evaluation package diagram, equipment management package diagram, system management package diagram, for the system data analysis, this paper mainly analyzes the data that all functions of the system must deal with, and establishes the database table structure. At the same time, the corresponding thumbnail map of seven functions, system concept diagram, entity class relation diagram and so on are drawn. Finally, this paper summarizes the research and analysis of the system, and looks forward to the practical work of the system.
